Do you believe Nagato's statement, that the sage of the six paths created the moon?

The Naruto story features a princess named Kaguya.
Kishi gets inspiration from myths. There is a story called tale of the bamboo cutter, which features
a princess named Kaguya. She came from the moon, to planet earth.

As said, in the Naruto world we have a princess named Kaguya too.
Wouldnt it be odd if this not human looking creature (she had the horns before she ate the fruit)
called princess Kaguya, who came from a far away place, wouldnt be from the moon in the Naruto story too?

What do you think about this?

I think it's possible. We don't know what happened to her what if she was sealed away on the moon and the true meaning behind the infinite Tsukuyomi is to undo the seal and summon her back to earth

I could see this as true as well. But it doesnt explain a certain part.
She didnt look human at all before she ate the fruit.
Where do you think she came from? From the underworld?
Somewhere else? Where?

Hagoromo definitely created the moon since he sealed the Gedou mazo inside moon using Chibaku Tensei i.e. he made the moon at that time!!
Don't know about Kaguya though!! U_U

What if the original moon was destroyed??
Just wait till things are confirmed before calling it a plothole.......also we have seen two moons at the same time in those ashura and indra panels.....whether they were real moons or just drawn for the sake of parallelism is unknown. But now that the infinite tsukunomi has been casted, we will definitely get our answers!! U_U

Idk It might be possible she did come from the moon and was just returned back to where she came from.
