This actually brings me to another point! Amaterasu is not instant! because if it is then that means Raikage can time Travel!!
people think that amaterasu ignites instaneously. that means that if the user has his sharingan focal point locked on to his opponent, he can set the oponent to blaze whenever he wishes. it’s not suppose to be speed. it’s something that’s suppose to happen instaneously! something that surpasses even the speed of light.
now keep in mind that The time taken by an object to be seen by our eyes is the same time taken by light to reach our eyes from an object, which is Light speed, and light speed is the fastest speed we know of. so that means that the user can spin his head and ignite whateverr his eyes reflect.
This logic was flawed by the raikage because he dodged this shit! which means that he was moving at speeds even greater than something that happens instaneously. But then that means by relativity, the raikage can also time travel which is Ridiculously stupid. This is because even with the concept or reaction time, the distance becomes negligible for someone in a vertical or horizontal motion.
This implies that while dodging amaterasu, raikage was moving faster than the speed of light, which is Outrageously impossible for someone in this manga, because if raikage is capable of such things, then he would of never lost to minato, because i dont understand how someone can dodge amaterasu but can't dodge a hirashin. and both are considered to be unavoidable and instaneous by all means, and naruto would of never been able to out maneuver raikage's shunshin with his own.
So we must assume that amaterasu doesn’t ignite as soon as the user sees the object, but that there is a definite Time lag. Which brings me to the conclusion, that amaterasu's speed is definetly debatable by most... I could go on, but I'll just leave off by saying that Amaterasu is NOT instantaneous, take another seat please!

Why base you ask , well if you read my first post . Guy has never entered 7th gate or any other to be exact from the get-go . If he did try , he would get finger genjutsu , like i said . Then you countered that with he could just look at his feet . That means he would get blazed up by ametaratsu , since guy has never shown to be Instant , or have speed on par with the raikage, and he wouldn't even see it coming ( since he is looking at his feet ).

Actually he moved before the Jutsu fully cast, Sasuke's eyes couldn't keep up with the sudden burst of speed at the time so it just spawned right where Sasuke thought Ay was at the time
