haha there is some funny flame here, but honestly dude i think it is kinda plausible, it is odd that the ninja had a headband on under his mask, and it doesn't really look like what the mist handband would be from what little the show

i don't think so, seemed like the mist headband to me. i think the point is to show why Obito was that pissed with the mist. on the other hand we know that Ao knew at least one Uchiha, Shisui, but this doesn't mean the mist and the Uchihas were allies. it doesn't disprove it either.... but that's just Kishi's style he never leaves evidence to prove or disprove almost any theory before he actually reveals it himself.
