In this arc we have Don Chinjao, 12th leader of the Happo navy and his grandson Sai the 13th leader of said navy.
But what happened to Don Chinjao's son/Sai's father? Shouldn't he be the 13th Don?
We can assume that he either died early or that he was deemed unworthy by Chinjao to succeed him.
Since the first option leaves nothing to speculate on i'll go with the second one.
Son of Chinjao was probably furious that he was skipped as a successor to the navy. He would have likely gone out to try to prove his worth to his father. That wouldn't be an easy task, as Sai himself only earned the title recently. It would have likely required the gathering of a huge armada and conquest of the grand line.
Something someone else with the title of "Don" have attempted. The ONLY other character in canon One Piece that called himself the Don.

And if we actually compare his appearance to Sai's we will see an uncanny resemblance.

So what do you think? Will we learn more about him or even see him (and his first mate ) sooner rather than later?

He did say that he wants to meet Sanji in the grand line someday. That was 700+ chapters ago. Maybe they will save Sunny team from Big Mum?
