The Mirror of Heavens: Kagami Uchiha I
The rough winds of October flew relentlessly at the lone figure standing beside the tombstone of the Konoha nins that were KIA (killed in action).
The man had black flowing hair, and his eyes were morphed into the famed Sharingarn of the Uchiha Clan, 3 tomoe sprouting out of the center pupil. But they were filled with tears.
His name was Kagami Uchiha, a proud student of the Second Hokage and known as 'The Mirror of Heavens', due to his great skill with his Sharingarn in copying jutsu.
His best friend, Torifu Akimichi, his closest companion for 50 years died yesterday during the Nine Tails' attack on Konoha.
Kagami bent down to the stone and closed his eyes, lost in flashbacks of his memories. The Academy, the Chunin exams, the missions, and the fateful day of the Second Hokage-sama's death in the hands of the GinKin brothers.

"Come on Kagami, you'll be late for the Academy! Don't make a bad impression on your first day!":flaw: A young Kagami sighed. Typical of his hyperactive mom to read the clock wrong by a half hour. After being steered out of the house with his lunch and a kiss on the forehead, Kagami set off for the Academy.
When Kagami arrived at the Ninja Training Academy, he was 20 minutes early. 'Good thing I brought some shurikens to practice with' , he thought, and began nailing the targets set on the garden. His accuracy and skill began to attract onlookers.
All of a sudden, a round boy wider than he was tall around the same age as Kagami called Torifu said, "Can I try? I'm pretty good with shurikens too." "Sure!" said Kagami, and the two began taking turns throwing shurikens. It turns out that Torifu was nowhere near competent, and once missed the target board completely. All the onlookers howled in laughter, and Akimichi's face became redder than an apple.
Kagami felt sorry for him, and deliberately missed the target like Torifu, and was greeted by another wave of laughter. He winked at Torifu and packed his shurikens and walked towards his classroom. Torifu was very grateful and from then on, the two became friends.
As they started settling in the classroom, Kagami spotted a student wearing glasses and immediately disliked him. 'I bet he's a nerdy know-it-all and a teacher's pet', he thought. His guess was correct and the boy called Homura Mitokado greeted every question from the teacher by bouncing up and down on his chair and raising his hand as high as he could.
"Good morning class. My name is Kito Morino and I will be your head teacher from now on until you either graduate or drop out from exhaustion." The teacher was dark-skinned and buff looking. "We will start with introductions. You, with the black hair, what is your dream to become in the future?"
Kagami was surprised to be chosen first, and answered while tongue-tied. "I-I-I w-want to bec-become a great shi-shinobi that everyone in the vi-village respects." Kito was amused. "A nervous great shinobi if you ask me." The whole class broke down in laughter and Kagami was red to the ears.
"You can never become a shinobi, much less a great one!" " You, a great shinobi? Then I'll be the Hokage!" Waves of jeers and insult swept him and Kagami almost broke down in tears. But a voice inside him was determined and he thought: One day I will be a great shinobi! I'll prove to all you meanies that I'm awesome!"
The day passed with more introductions, and even though Torifu repeated comforted Kagami, he was still very depressed. In a final attempt to cheer him up, Torifu invited Kagami to his house for dinner, but Kagami turned it down and started walking back home. And thus is the first of the future great shinobi: Kagami Uchiha.
Kagami, Torifu and Homura are all part of the Nidaime's seven man team when he sacrificed himself as a decoy to Kumo bounty hunters (KinGin bro) I though it would make a good story, especially since Kagami has the Sharingarn. Hope you like the first part and please comment.
