So what I think will happen is this:
Itachi's son solos all other kids neg diff

Itachi is only a few years older than Sasuke. I don't think he had the time or capacity to settle down and breed. Let's not get our hopes up about the mini spin off. If it's only going to last 4 months we shouldn't expect anything interesting plot wise. Perhaps something like chuunin exam or something for the new brats
