The Milits
I recommend you read the previous chapters before this one!

(Skylar and Luke are currently in Fahra)
Chapter 4 - "Smile"
Skylar and Luke walks away from the homeless girl to continue their search for a bar. People looks at them with disgust.
Luke: What do you think that was about? Why the hell did they throw tomatoes at her?
Skylar is quiet for a moment before he answers.
Skylar: I don’t really know, but I have a thought…
-20 Minutes later-
The sun is slowly going down, and people in the town starts going home. The two boys still looks after some kind of bar.
Skylar: No bar!? What’s the big deal? Where are we going to sleep now?
Luke walks behind Skylar while looking around. They both need rest after several hours of walking.
Luke: Hey, what is that?
Luke points over to a house with a big sign.
Skylar: “Hotel” Fahra? What the hell is a hotel?
They both look confused at it before going in.
Hotel Owner: Welcome to Hotel Fahra! How can I help you?
The young woman greets them with a smile.
Skylar: Yeah, I have a question… What the hell is a hotel?
The hotel owner looks surprised.
Hotel owner: Y-you don’t know?
Skylar: I’ve never heard of it…
-The scene switches to inside the military base in the town-
Soldier: Lieutenant John sir!
A soldier runs into the lieutenant’s office.
The Lieutenant drinks the rest of his beer, and turns around.
Lieutenant John: What? Can’t you see I’m busy?
The soldier shivers a little, and continues.
Soldier: W-we have received reports that two outsiders have broken the law.
The Lieutenant looks more interested now, and stands up.
Lieutenant John: What did they do?
-The scene switches back to the hotel-
Hotel owner: and THAT’S what a hotel is…
She smiles and stares at the two boys.
Skylar: Oh, so it's like a bar, only with rules?
Luke: Forget that, Skylar! Anyway, we want a room...
The hotel owner writes down their name, and gives them a room number. They go up the half broken stairs, and walk over to their room in the end of the hall. They leave their stuff there, and starts talking about their next destination.
Luke: So were going to be here in a day or two, so leave for Lisfro?
Skylar: Yeah, I guess, but-
Skylar looks out the window, and suddenly sees the homeless girl sitting on the ground.
-10 minutes later-
The girl stares down at the ground, with her arms around her legs. Someone walks towards her.
Skylar: What's with that look? You should smile you know!
She jumps a bit, and starts staring at Skylar. She gives out her usual light voice.
Homeless girl: I-its not easy...
There is a silence between them, and the only sound is the wind.
Skylar: Youre a Milits, am I right?
She looks at the ground again. The sunset makes her hair look even redder.
Homeless girl: I'm a fire manipulator...
A smile is showing on Skylar's face. He starts laughing a bit.
Skylar: Well, Im a Mili-
Skylar is suddenly interrupted. The homeless girl looks behind Skylar in fear.
Lieutenant John: So you are one of the outsiders who talks to this Milits...
Skylar turns around in surprise, and is suddenly punched flying by a giant hand into the wall...
He falls to the ground, and the lieutenant walks towards him.
Lieutenant John: I'll show you what happens to people who break my rules in MY town!
