I recommend you read Chapter 1 before this one!

( Skylar's current location is in a bar in the town Tiore )
Chapter 2 – “Milits and Shooter”
The bar has gone quiet again, and both Skylar and Luke look at the big man who suddenly walked into the bar. His subordinates are behind his back, looking scared.
Luke: I think he is talking to you Skylar.
The big man takes a few steps forward and looks around. One of the subordinates suddenly point at Skylar.
Subordinate: T-that’s him boss! That’s the guy!
Skylar and the big man stares at each other for a few seconds. People in the bar watch and whispers while watching the drama.
Big Man: So you’re the boy who messes with our gang. I’m going to show you what happens to people like you.
Skylar turns around again and starts eating the rest of his cold beans.
Skylar: I don’t want to fight you …
The boss of the beaten up cowboy gang starts laughing.
Big Man: Hahahaha, are you too scare-
Skylar: You’re too weak …
The man takes a step back in surprise. The whole bar looks at Skylar in shock again.
Big man: Why you..!
The man runs towards Skylar and tries to punch him with all his strength. Skylar hold out his arm, and stops the punch.
Skylar: I seriously just want to eat my beans. You know how hungry I am? I haven’t eaten in days, and I’m never in a good mood when I’m hungry…
The man suddenly starts to scream when electricity runs through his body. Skylar lets go off him, and the man falls to the ground. People in the bar get scared and confused.
Subordinate: Boss!!
The subordinates run over to the man on the ground.
Subordinate: What the hell happened!?
The subordinates runs of screaming while they carry the man’s body out of the bar before Skylar can answer.
Luke: W-what the hell is going on? S-Skylar … what did you do?
Skylar smiles a little and looks at Luke.
Skylar: Heh, I’m an electricity man. I can manipulate electricity.
Luke: A-an electricity man? You mean you’re a Milits?! First time I see one…
People in the bar start whispering again, and they all look at Skylar.
Random man: You heard that? He is a Milits …
Random woman: Yeah, he is a freak, just like the rest of them.
People start turning their back to Skylar and Luke. Luke is confused, and asks Skylar about it.
Skylar: Yeah, we Milits are discriminated all over the world. I don’t really know why though…
Skylar is finished with his beans, and stands up.
Skylar: Thanks for the meal barkeeper man. Here’s the money.
The barkeeper accepts the money, and does his best to avoid touching Skylar. Skylar walks towards the broken bar door.
Luke: hey, wait! Where are you going?
Skylar: Hmmmm, first I’ll buy some supplies, and then walk to Fahra…
Skylar walks out of the bar, and Luke follows. The town is still full of life, and the sound of people working and selling can be heard from a long distance.
Luke: Fahra? That’s 3 days of walking you know …
Skylar turns around and faces Luke. They look at each other for a moment.
Luke: I want to join your cowboy group...
Skylar looks surprised, and starts to smile.
Skylar: Why the sudden change?
Luke: I realized its better than this town...
He says this while looking at the bar. Skylar's smile gets bigger, and he starts to laugh.
Skylar: Alright! Off to Fahra!
Skylar starts running out of the town.
Luke: Hey! Wait Skylar! What about the supplies!?
