I dislike villains and I see no reason to look up to them but I guess it is cool to see the world from their perspective.

The first three are idolized because they were self made alpha males who followed their own rules. That is simply how the human mind works on a natural level.
The Joker is just loved because of his ingenious insanity and dedication to chaos. While I doubt most people truly idolize him the performance of Heath Ledger in creating a themed villain that realistic and insane was nothing short of awe inspiring.
I find Madara and Aizen to be pretty dry characters. Loved the kid version of Madara. Disappointed in the adult version. Just seems immature for a main villain to be so butt hurt about his rival being more popular.
Aizen just reminds me of every other unoriginal Japanese villain. Pretty boy leader that just sits in his tower and watches the adventurers while he spawns legions of minions to slow them down then makes some amazing transformation into an even more overly powerful form and ends up losing. It was like watching Myotismon all over again.

I dont idolize them, I like them, atleast some, like The Joker and Walter White, the rest I don't care much.
