I say this because madara and obito know how medics are important in any situation,they're important because for example in orsder for a mission to be a sucess there would need to be at least one medic and if that medic gets killed the rest of the team are likely to fail their mission cause if the non medics get seriously injured and there's no one to heal them one or more of them could die or because of their injuries they would fail the mission.
So here's the problem the shinobi alliance have finally arrived on naruto's battlefield sakura and the medics healed kakashi and co and healed the rest of the alliance that needed healing, that's fine because if the alliance are gonna win the war at some point they need to be healed so they can keep fighting so keeping this in mind the reason i say the medics are gonna need protecting is because medics aren't meant to get involved in battles cause they're needed to heal their team etc but saying that medics like tsunade,sakura and tsunade are also combat medics meaning that they're allowed to be evasive meaning they're allowed to dodge and maybe counter but anything beyond that is a no no so the point i'm trying to make is there's nothing stopping obito and madara from targeting the medics first to make things difficult for the alliance cause just think! even though the ninetails inside of naruto has the ability to heal naruto's wounds fatal and non fatal and even repair damaged organs in chapter 611 kurama told naruto that he's reached his limit and needed naruto to by some time for it to create/gather more chakra so to put it simply right now naruto is at a serious risk right now cause while the ninetails is temorarily out of action whilst it recovers it's chakra the chances of naruto getting wounded or fataly wounded are high and should that happen and the medics are dead or seriously injured naruto could die and seeing as naruto is quite possibly the shinobi worlds only hope of defeating obito,madara and the jubi the shinobi alliance and the world will be doomed so that's why i say that the medics which include sakura and shizune need to be protected by non medics and must also need to be careful themselves meaning that they'd need to be evasive if they are to survive.
