As Tobi notices the masked man which looks a bit like him gazing into his one eye which is gazing towards the man, he suddenly feels himself getting dragged into a dark place, spinning and spinning. ''Oh nooooooooooooo! Impossible, Impossible! Impossibleeee! It's the very start of the battle and already in a genjutsu Tobi get your head together what are you doingggg?! It's suddenly dark in the forest and I keep spinning snap outta it!'' when he suddenly builds up a large amount of chakra trough his whole body, causing it to explode instantly as he get's out. When he's out, he suddenly hears the earth crack from underneath him, seeing a weird figure of earth trying to pull him underneath, so he quickly performs a chidori in his hand which will expand into a tornado storm of lightning that'll destroy the whole forest including the look a like of him but instead, keeps gazing against his chin while destroying everything and dancing in circles.

If that's true, which I disagree with, then it's a unbalanced technique, which means ones caught within' it the user will be unable to get out, only biting on the tongue which isn't enough for a B-Ranked technique, so biting trough the tongue causes me to die. However, If I am right, the user will get immobilized in the real ongoing battle, always is and has been with Genjutsu technique's (that's exactly what my sensei's taught me) but in the place where the target is taking place in which in this case is a dark place where the target is spinning in not, which means that I'm making the handseal in the place I'm in, not in the ongoing battle.

HE WILL PAY FOR THAT'', so with the use of the sharingan he causes everything to go into slow motion making him capable of seeing the slightest movements that the man performs, however in reality it goes in a quick rate (only used it to see the slightest movements you perform, doesn't break the time frame since the moment I notice the wind blade almost reaching my neck I use the phasing migration technique to let it slice trough me, not harming me at all as you already know lol), so as the wind is about to slice my head off, the wind blade goes straight trough the head as Tobi dives downwards, looking at his opponents chin and causes a lightning current to cover his whole body, paralyzing and stabbing his opponent completely because of the strong and thousands of sharp currents, whilst sending a slight amount of chakra trough his feet, jumping seven meters backwards.

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. Description: A variation of his Kamui, using this technique, Obito is also able to render himself intangible, through the use of his 3 Tomoe Sharingan or MS, to allow other objects to pass harmlessly through his own body, which he employs primarily to avoid incurring injury from incoming attacks. In reality, this is but another extension of his space–time ninjutsu, where Obito instead teleports any part of his body that occupies the same space as another object to a separate dimension. As the transported portions of his body are always obscured by the other objects, Obito appears completely whole to those observing him. By overlapping his entire body with a sufficiently large object, such as the ground, he can not only conceal himself from view, but also erase all traces of his chakra. Obito often exploits this characteristic to ambush his opponents from below.
