The masked man is probably the clone zetsu that Orochimaru stole from way back. Thats why Orochimaru reckongized who it was last chapter. And that masked man(zetsu) must know the person whos feet we see this chapter, because that explains why he know its over for Sasuke even if they reach him. maybe Kabuto

It has to be someone who is either going to save sasuke or kill him, If Kishi is going to make that scene that intense it. Of course Sasuke wont die w/out having done any good yet, so has to be Kabuto, since kabuto is the only other to know about Oros zetsu. And Kabuto can use med. Jutsu.
