The mask man will most likely be madaras brother,but madara some how mastered his powers of the Rinnegan before he died(COMPLETE BULLSHIT!!! & MADE UP!!) SO I GUESS ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IN THIS MANGA!!

well it seems he did master it before he died and also read the stone tablet again and got more info. but then again kabuto said his body was special. so he might not of mastered it but kabuto made his body better somehow. but regardless madara is strong and the rinnegan you see nagato and tobi with came from him
