Ambush
The three heroes after receiving there gifts and supplies from ruby set off deeper into the perverted lands. After traveling for a few hours decide to have a bite to eat. They soon come to a clearing. Cloud then set out to gather kindling. While cloud went to gather the kindling, the two lovely ladies rolled up a log so they could sit on it. After they got the log into place they set to building a fire pit. As they were building the fire pit two scaly, muscular creatures creeped up behind the girls. As they got close to the girls they lunged forward grabbing each girl from behind. They pinned the girls arms to their chests and held them off the ground. No matter how hard they struggled they couldn't get free.
"Lookie here brother" The first one hissed.
"The master will be very pleassssed" The second one said in a scratchy voice
"Yes he will have his "fun" with them" The first brother said in a menacing voice.
Panda with rage welling up inside of her because she knew exactly what they were talking about. With her blood boiling she slams her head into the thing holding her. The thing shocked from the sudden pain to its face loosens its grip and drops panda. As pandas feet hit the ground she spins around back handing the thing. This coupled with the headbutt knocks out the thing that was holding her. The brother seeing his brother get knocked, loses his temper and throws the dino to the ground. As the thing rushes towards panda with its axe drawn, she she unslings her bow and with one swift motion fires a shoot right into the skull of the brother. He falls dead at pandas feet. Panda breathing heavily finally notices what exactly those things are.
The dino picking herself up off the ground just in time to see the thing drop dead to the ground. She then notices the look of utter shock on pandas face. Her curiosity got the best of her. As she neared the corpse she knew that something wasn't quite right. As panda kicked the corpse, dino noticed the reptilian features and realizing that, that thing was holding her just a few seconds made her sick to her stomach.
"W-what is that" Dino stammered
"I have no clue" Panda responded
Cloud having heard the commotion comes running and crashing, showing up moments after panda had taking care of the things. Panda and dino hearing cloud approach ask him if he knows anything.
"Do you know any thing about these things" panda asks cloud
"I've only heard stories, but i never thought that it was possible for these things to be made" Cloud answered
"What do you mean by made" Dino questioned
"Well to make this things requires powerful black magic" Cloud said
About this time the other lizardman started to come back to life. Cloud noticing his movements grabs him andsits him up, leaning him against the log. Cloud givies the lizardman a not so gentle slap in the face to wake him up. The lizardman finally coming to.
"Who do you work for" cloud said with murderous intent
"The dark wizard" The lizardman says with his voice dripping with fear
"Where can we find him" Cloud said softly adding ever more malice to his voice
"J-just past the forest." The lizardman said
"How do we defeat him" Cloud asked.
"Well its just a rumor but all you have to do is...."
Before the lizardman could finish the dino noticed that time its self seemed to stop. And right before the dinos eyes appeared the man in the blue suit. The man then bends and whispers into the lizardmans ear. The man then looks up, tips his hat to the dino and starts walking away.Dino then snapping out of the shock realizes who it is.
"You tell me your name now" she shouts.
"Not just yet. Not just yet" he replies back
"You're such a, such a Devil" she yells
"That's the idea" he says calmly
The man then disappears and time returns to normal. As the time returns to normal cloud notices that the lizardman has gone limp.He then shakes him and gets no response realizing that the lizardman is dead cloud is dumbfounded.
"What the hell" he whispers "Well whatever he was going
to tell us is gone" he says to the girls.
They then pack up there stuff and heads toward the
wizards tower. The dino walks along in silence wondering
if what she saw was real.
