the manga parts are going to be weird in the anime

Seeing the happy and bright tone despite a war going on, the anime doesn't seem like it could just pop in from the Manga.

I just can't imagine Juubito, Edo Kages, Oro coming back. The anime has left me to where I won't like what it does any more.

The animators for the Madara vs. 5 Kage are the best animators in Studio Pierrot, so no.

The manga also had the weird comical relief faces or Bee taking a piss if that's what you mean. The anime can be serious when it wants and has to. Look at for example the death of Jiraiya, the Hidan and kakuzu arc and there are more cases like that.

The episode of Madara Uchiha has one of the best animators around and you seem to underestimate how much a top notch animator costs. And the animation of the standard episodes is by far not the worst around.
