I was expecting you to list more actual plotholes, but most of these were battle sequences. And like most battles in naruto and other mangas, there are always many possible outcomes. Nevertheless, you made some fair points. However, I'll have to disagree on that second one with Kakashi vs Pain. Kakashi is known as an analytical character who always feels out his opponents first. He wouldn't just instantly start off with his strongest most chakra-draining attack back then. especially versus Pain.

Dafuq you are being illogical
First:why would obito attack suddenly like this??? And everyone can know that he entered
Second:why would kakashi use shadow clone and go with obito to the other dimension it will divide hos chakra and not let him use kamui
Third:jiariya has a jutsu to sense people not like that just walking plus he never expected another pain and why would he use a clone and he doesnt have a PLENTY of chakra he fought before and his hand was cut so if he uses a clone it will only make him weaker
So stop nagging and think before u post a useless thread!!!

OH and about some illogicals in the manga, it wouldn't be that much entertaining if the "common sense" part were to happen because the manga will most likely/be rushed to a greater fold.

1. Kakashi only found out in a later fight with Obito that the dimension that the objects Kakashi warps, and Obito fades in/out of, are the same. Which is why he never did that.

2. That Chakra usage man. Kamui at that point would kill sir Hatake after a few uses. Let's not waste them.

3. Jiraiya's form wasn't perfected. Earlier in that fight, the frogs on his shoulders were yelling out if the Pein's got behind him. He probably couldn't sense chakra.

4. Yes Hiruzen is an A$$ who does shady $#!T, but he always seems to have the idea in mind to make the Leaf better. Hiruzen doesn't like getting his hands dirty, why not have someone under you who does? I don't like it either though.

5. I don't think he wanted anything to go wrong. If she were to die, he would lose his chance to control the Kyuubi at that moment. He'd have to wait some time when the Kyuubi would uh... "spawn" again lol

6. Idk why he doesn't use mokuton, maybe he just prefers what he's grown up with. In that little blood rage he went into when Rin died, I don't even know how he just knew he had mokuton. Maybe he forgot. but whatever. During the fight with Minato, he was probably so in shock that Minato landed a blow, that he just forgot entirely to warp him. I mean, he caught Obito off guard with the Level 2 FTG. Idk..

I agree with a few points like jiraiya not sensing but not all of them as some are slightly ridiculous such as kakashi not using kamui on pain as its not his style to just kamui its a last defends measure and when he is under overwhelming power.
