Out of the entire 13 year life of this manga, from when Naruto was still a half pint prankster, all the way up until now to where he is almost a Demi-God...................this manga has been at it's very best ever since the fake Uchiha Madara and Uzumaki Naruto joined this war............

Let's look at some highly significant moments during this time which prove that the best time in the Naruto manga is NOW!

Judgement is subjective, I don't see overpowered characters as intense as I would with more balanced out characters

persoanlly, chuunin exams and sasuke recovery arc were better, simply because we were learning all these new things
at the moment, the juubi is getting owned denying its hype, madara is sitting out for no reason, sasuke has suddenly changed his mind on everything and orochimaru is plotting something nofarious just as he was in part 1
he was also so much more menacing then too...
