The manga goes slow?

Lately I've noticed that theres not that much action in the manga+ that he anime start to come a bit close to the manga, Am I wrong or do you think the same?

the anime is faster then the manga yes.
thats why theres always filler arcs. thats prevents the anyme from catching the manga.
