Spiral Zetsu is pressumably just Yamato (He wasn't killed offscreen, and i doubt kishi would do that to such semi-importaint character), and no he did not turn dark or switched sides, it's spiral zetsu controlling Yamato's body.

Btw, Obito being controlled by Madara is completely different by him beign truly Madara. Obito had to follow his plan (because at that point he wanted to do so) and because of that seal but from that to say Madara somehow took over his body, he could speak with his voice, he could use his body as his own, is just a falsification of what happened...ofc I wouldn't expect anything less from you.

Lol I've never implied that Obito wasn't controlled or to explain it better, I think that in Obito's case you can't really consider it a "control" for the simple fact that till before he got talk no jutsu, he as well wanted the Infintive Tsukuyomi, that means that he intentionally did what he did. Madara did have put that mark on him in case he wanted to change his plans. The very fact that even when Kakashi destroyed that seal, he still pursued the Infinitive Tsukuyomi proves exactly that he wanted it on his own, with or without Madara's manipulation.
Also, you say that the purpose of the seal was to not let Obito know of him being controlled while madara perfectly stated in this chapter that he did know of that seal and thus of his possible control and for that reason he intentionally chose to get hit by Kakashi.

To sum it all up, I believe that Obito could have been possibly controlled but this did not happen because he intentionally wanted to complete the infinitive tsukuyomi. Madara's seal was in case he chose not to follow it. For that reason, he wasn't really controlled but hypothetically he could have, had he chose not to follow madara's footsteps and a proof of that is him desiring to complete the Infinitve Tsukuyomi even when the seal was removed and had his freedom to choose a different path.

Totally agree with you....before biting and injecting curse seal to him, orochimaru seems to "recognize" this spiral zetsu. We know that oro is also an expert in hashirama cell and has so many guinea pig when developing new jutsu for him and for danzou. I'm sure oro recognize this spiral zetsu as the one and only his success guinea pig, which is of course, YAMATO.
Plus, when suigetsu attack this spiral zetsu with double water gun, we can see an ear and hairstyle that resemble to Yamato. I mean, who else it's gonna be???

Languages is a very complex subject, the one who is good at one can suck at another so me making fun of it is like sh*tting on myself since my french is not very well either. you are not a real naruto fan...tobimadara said during the 5 kages summit that he was weak and that he was JUST AN EMPTY SHELL OF HIS FORMERSELF!!!...AND THAT HE PLANS TO GO BACK TO HIS FORMERSELF...IT MEANS HE ISNT AS STRONG AS HIS REALL VEESEL RIKUDO MADARA..plus...dont forget that tobidara insisde spiral zetsu was fighting 5 kages+edo hiruzen+ team orochimaru+ allied shinobies...evenrikudo madara got beat sometimes...so plzz...make sence or rather stfu
