The main reason Neji won't be revived.

Many think that Obito will pull a Nagato and revive people who died in the war. I don't believe this, but some people just want a reason for Neji to come back. The main reason this won't happen though, in my opinion, is because his eyes have been sealed, making him blind. If he were to be revived, he wouldn't be able to see, and would become an even bigger fodder.

Well if he is "revived" notice the word revived he will be brought back to life thus is eyes will not be sealed and his curse mark will return. It would be the same if neji's dad was revived.. oh wait.
