Synopsis : Big news for Gai, he won a rock-paper-scissors with Kakashi ! To celebrate his victory, he decide to spread youth with his mighty rival !
Location : The Beach where Darui fought Kinkaku, Kakuzu and co. Fight can take place on the sea.
Restrictions No 8th gate or Kamui unless against powerful opponents or pressured to the max, Gai and Kakashi will also avoid using their most powerful moves from the start. Their opponent also won't do use their most powerful move unless only one remain and she/he's badly overpowered (so, Madara/Naruto//Hashirama won't go megazord, for an example).
Kakashi and Gai are pumped full of chakra, totally healed and have a rest time of 6 hours between the fights. War Arc Gai and Kakashi.
Starting distance : Both parties are standing 30ft away from each others, and are close to each other.

-Zabuza and Haku
-Asuma and Kurenai
-Orochimaru (no ET, won't summon Manda from the get-go), Kabuto (normal Kabuto)
-Edo Hashi and Tobirama (as brought back against Hiruzen)

-Kakuzu and Hidan
-Sick Itachi and Kisame
