is non-existent. They're like "Hey, lets buy more expensive animators for episodes with zero action and give the action-orientated episodes a really crap, cheap one!"

The Sasuke and Itachi vs. Kabuto fight is the best example where all the episodes except the episode "Kabuto Yakushi" were given the Korean animators who are the cheapest but the worst. Yet, when they do the aforementioned back story, they use Masayuki Kouda who is a decent animator -

If you didn't know this;

Still scenes are directly drawn from the manga itself, automatically having less animating and more "camera manuever", however, action scenes need to be redrawn completely from scratch, and seeing how the anime releases weakly, one can not pay attention to detailed texture in a 1 second frame, since its action and frames move constantly.

Did you miss 334?

334 = good
335 = average (was a talking episode so it was fine)
336 = great
337 = bad

337 was the only one they failed on, 336/337 should have switched places.

I'm not being racist? I said the Korean animators, not Korean animators in general.

That's not an excuse. Poorer animators are less skilled - their animation is choppy and often the artwork takes a dive. Higher tier animators like the aforementioned, Hiroyuki Yamashita, Sessha Gorou and Masahiko Murata manage great fluidity in action and non-action scenes.

334 was okay apart from the huge artwork flaws, which brung the overall animation down to a poor level, it was definately more than just one episode that was a let down:
