The core dimension is the dimension closest to the earth because that's where she would be able to recover fastest due leeching off the IT victims charka.So the charka would arrive faster because she is closer to the source of it.

Probably.... Or it's less chakra taxing, or she can suck chakra from the other dimensions since it connects them all. Who really knows, but good theory :/
