is a scroll, and that scroll i think is the scroll that
naruto stole in chapter 1

The Scroll of Sealing
It's a scroll that was used to seal Kurama inside
Naruto:

And remember that Kushina said the jutsu used on
Naruto was originally developed from her Uzumaki
Clan:

so the scroll of sealing belong to the Uzumakis, which
in turn belongs to Rikudou Sennin!
Mito gave them to Hashirama, and Hashirama passed
the scroll down to the successive Hokages after him
for safekeeping
But wait there is something else, why did Naruto learn
to use multiple shadow clone jutsu so fast despite him
being dull and unintelligent? Because seriously this guy basically failed a lot of times,despite being taught firsthand by Iruka!

and Kushina who like Naruto wasn't very intelligent,
was able to learn the knowledge of sealing from the
scroll very quickly and become a master Fuinjutsu
user herself

I think it's because since the Scroll of Sealing
belonged to the Uzumakis, members of the Uzumaki
Clan are able to immediately learn the jutsus in the
scroll despite the complexity of the jutsus it contains.
I think that we will see The Scroll of Sealing Again in
the future, Hashirama might pass them to Naruto for
Naruto is the rightful owner of that scroll, think about
the irony! he stole something before which was
actually rightfully his in the first place! he might use it
in his fight against the Juubi.
