Hmm so before he is unmasked we think he is obito because of his behaviour towards kakashi.. Then we find out he has obito's eye.. then we find out he has obito's body... behaviour.. eye.. body..

That's clearly Obito's face, but it doesn't mean it's his mind/spirit... Just wait for upcoming chapters and be patient. There is still much much more to be explained, obviously.

Kishimoto isn't going to screw up the timeline like that, i would hope not. I personally think that there are two Masked men and Tobi is just Obito's physical appearance, but we'll see.
