From NV perspective which involves ninja and killing, justice and cruelsome, complot and secret pact, i dont think there's any fine line that can differentiate the true meaning of Good and Evil. For instance, Sasuke's going rampage because of his clan killing, from the most opinion that he's just as guilty as the one who's in conspiracy for the whole plan. Or how you justifies the sannin killing spree during 3rd ninja war if the other ninjas from outside from the village considered them as a threat to their safety? Can u accused someone that protects their own safety as a "bad guy"? How would we 100% certain Konoha's ninja are all "good"? All the other nations had their issues and problems too. In short, to survive in ninja's world one must take full advantage of what they could gain or try to cover as much as they can to avoid losing in battle. There's no real meaning of good and evil in NV tbh. Either they got to do what they got to do or simply died......u feel me....?

it's what madara said every light casts a shadow
so for every good thing there is always a bad thing
like killing the uchiha before they started a war that was good, but it made sasuke what he is

More or less skimmed though....

the same works for real life bro.. If a cop where to Kill a drunk guy with a gun that is threatening many people's lives is it okay? Just like in real life if the Killing is justified then it appears the be the "good" thing to do.
