Kizaru is an incredibly tall man; Kizaru is a middle aged man with a moderate amount of wrinkles on his face, black hair, and a very thin beard. His standard outfit consists of a yellow striped suit with a coat draped over his shoulders like a cape, his arms not in its sleeves. Kizaru also wears pure white shoes, gold-amber tinted sunglasses, and a dark green shirt with a mauve tie under his yellow suit. He is generally seen wearing a relaxed grin on his face. As a child he wore a large yellow striped hat, much like his older self's suit, a yellow vest and he still had his grin that he maintained throughout his life. In his early days as a Shinobi he wore a knit cap with a random emblem on it, sunglasses and also a normal Shinobi jacket with a striped undershirt. In his youth, he wore a skull cap and he had no facial hair. Twenty-seven years before, he wore a simple cap and his beard was not as full as it is currently. He also lacked the gold amber-tinted sunglasses, shirt, and tie, which he was last seen wearing.
Personality:
Kizaru seems to be very laid-back and easygoing, speaking rather slowly and occasionally drawing out the last word of his sentences.. He takes everything lightly regardless of the severity of the moment. In surprising, perilous and unexpected situations, he is apparently never shocked and even when someone attacked him, he seemed to be focused only on calling his subordinate. He even asked the offenders where his subordinate was. He is also very calm and cool-headed, even in tense situations, such as when a shinobi appeared unharmed by his attack. He speaks in a politely sarcastic manner and is very mocking towards his enemies, such as mocking his opponent for being too weak. He often taunts and belittles his foes in and out of battle. He can be quite absent-minded and irresponsible. He also seems to prefer his own name, Borsalino, rather than his alias. However, he has shown his ruthlessness. While he never has expressed any sympathy for or against the philosophy of Absolute Justice, Kizaru's careless behavior shows very little mercy towards his enemies, particularly people whom he has targeted.
Of all the admirals, Kizaru has displayed the most casual relationship with his fellow shinobi, if not genuine leadership qualities. Kizaru's behavior is just as relaxed with his fellow shinobi as it is with the citizens. Kizaru has shown very little mercy to his opponents regardless of what reason it was but once he's been serious in battle mercy is less to be shown. He possesses great physical strength.

History:
Kizaru was born in amegakure, despite his hate towards rain he usually enjoyed hanging out. Not much was known about his parents. Kizaru lived in a rented hotel in somewhere located within amegakure. Kizaru's life wasn't a life whihc could be considered a happy one, though because of his bright and happy behaviour he was never known to hate the fact he couldn't make any friends. Kizaru was a strong shinobi, and in his time in amegakure he made friends, plenty of them until a unfortunate happening occured and he decided to leave amegakure at the age of 55, forever ? that was not known but it was sure that he wasn't returning for a while, even when he was leaving he seemed as happy as ever; not the slightest change in his behaviour had came. Roaming the ninja world Kizaru came across many different people, kind people and strange people. After a year of roaming in the ninja world walking in a sandstorm, unknown of his destiny, not knowing whats ahead, not knowing how long.. yet he traveled his journey as a wave of dust began to steady he could see something ahead blocking his path, fortunately it was walls, the entrance to the one of the famous 5 hidden villages.. Sunagakure entering the village and coming cross many and many great people, Kizaru's journey continues in sunagakure.
