Razan: Good, now let's begin, first each one of you will have to form a Bunshin and if you fail this then you will have to train for another year.
-Razan reads his sheet of paper and instructs many students to have a try and then it was finally Itachi's turn.-
Razan: Ok, Itachi your turn.
-Itachi walks forward and gathers up chakra and creates a perfect Bunshin.-
Razan: As expected you're top of the class so far. Good job Itachi.
-Razan allows the students to move on to Taijutsu, Ninjutsu and Genjutsu training.-
-Itachi runs home after finding out him and 1 other person out of 11 students had passed the exam-
Itachi Uchiha: Dad will be proud of me today, I'm finally a Genin!
-Itachi finally gets home and tells his Dad the news-
Razan: All of you have had your three years of training and are now able to take the Chunin exams. As before I will be the proctor and I will tell you what you will be doing for the Chunin exams and before each event the rules will be explained.
-Razan takes a deep breathe-
Razan: You will first take a paper exam, if you pass it you will move onto the next exam. The next exam will involve teamwork as you will have to last for five days in the Forest of Death. The last exam will be one on one battles against your fellow students and from there we will decide who will become a Chunin and who will have to go back to training as a Genin. Now all of you will have to go to the exam hall which is infront of the Hokages mansion. Please head there imediatly.
-The group of Genin walk to the exam room and enter through the doors once there.-
Group of Genin: This will be easy, I'm to smart for any test!
Itachi Uchiha: I wonder what type of questions I'll have to answer...
-Everyone sits down and waits for Razan to get to the exam room, once he arrives he hands out the exam papers to each one of the Genin and Itachi.-
Razan: There's only one rule and that's, don't cheat, if you get caught cheating then you will be disqualified. Remember each one of the Jonin at both sides of the room are trained to find out if you have cheated or not. There are 10 questions, nine on the paper and one I will ask you
-Nobody raised there hands or had any questions and waited to see if anyone had any questions.-
Razan: Ok, begin!
-Everyone starts to read the first question but they all looked shocked at how hard the exam was.-
Itachi Uchiha: What is this? We haven't learned anything about this...
-Five minutes had passed since the exam begun, Itachi noticed that there was some people that were easily doing the exam.-
Itachi Uchiha: How? That's impossible... I got the highest marks on all the practise tests before, how are they answering the questions so fast!?
-Itachi then realises that something strange was going on, he decided that he would have to cheat off of the other students if he wanted to pass this exam and become a Chunin. Itachi activates his Sharingan and starts to secretly mimic the movements of the other students to answer each question.-
Itachi: Great I'm getting all the answers fro-
-Itachi stops and see's a Kunai get thrown and just about cut the student in front of him, he quickly deactivates his Sharingan in panic and worry, then decides to try and finish the test by himself.-
Itachi Uchiha: That was close! I thought I was going to get disqualified...
-Itachi figures out the last two questions on his sheet and finally finishes the ninth questions. Itachi waits for the rest of the class to finish.-
Razan: Time up! Stop writing now.
-Razan walks around and picks up all the papers and asks a final question.-
Razan: Now here's the tenth question, but first I will warn you, if you choose to answer this question and get it wrong, you will stay as a Genin forever! Raise your hand if you want to leave you have 1 minute to decide.
-Everyone starts worrying, if they got the question wrong they will stay as a Genin forever, and if they choose to leave they iwll get another chance but after three years of more training, everyone thinks about what hey want to do and each one of them come to a decision.-
Razan: Times up now raise your hand if you want to leave and try again in three years, remember if you fail this question you will stay a Genin forever.
-All but Itachi and five others raise there hand and leave the room.-
Razan: Umm, just as expected only a few have stayed, well its time to tell them the good news. You all pass the first test!
-Itachi and the others look shocked.-
Itachi Uchiha: But we haven't done anything yet?
Razan: Actually you have, you answered my final question and passed, the wrong answer was to give up and leave, the right one was to stay.
-Everyone's happy that they passed the first test and are told to move on to the next exam which will be held at the Forest of Death gates, everyone starts to walk there with a grin on there face, but Itachi had an sad look on his face.-
Razan: Good you're all here, now get in your three man team and get in line. I will now explain what the rules are for the next exam. Each team will be given a heaven or earth scroll, each team will then have to obtain the opposite scroll, for example if you have a heaven scroll you have to get the earth scroll to pass, once you have both scrolls you must head to the middle of the forest to the tower and enter it, in there you will be safe from any other teams. When inside you can then open the scrolls but remember don't open your scrolls outside of the tower or you will be disculified. Now prepare for the exam, it'll start in five minutes.
-When Razan is on his own Itachi asks him a question.-
Itachi Uchiha: I don't have any teammates, what should I do?
Razan: Umm... Itachi, I heard about a student that's competing on his own, if you want to wait in till next year so we can get you another team you can but I will give you the chance to choose to compete further on your own.
-Itachi thinks for a little while and comes to a decision that he will participate on his own, it was now time to start the second exam and so the teams got in their starting places, the exam instructors announce that the teams can start and open the gates, many teams go dashing into the forest without and caution and some of them are caught of guard and get killed by the dangerous creatures that's in the forest.-
Itachi Uchiha: So many deaths already... it reminds me of the day when the Kyuubi attacked...
-Itachi starts to look around and wonders how he would get the other scroll, after five minutes of walking Itachi hears a rustle in a bush and quickly activates his Sharingan and looks towards the direction the sound came from. He waits but suddenly a Kunai comes from behind him, Itachi managaes to move enough so the kunai would only sratch him, he turns around and summnos up chakra.-
Itachi Uchiha: Katon: Gókakyú no Jutsu! (Fire style: Great Fireball Technique!)
-Itachi blasts a Fireball in the direction of the kunai and turns everything in the way of the Fireball to ash, Itachi waits in silence to see if he hit anything then all of a sudden, Itachi is stabbed in the back by a short steel blade, and drops to his knees with the blade still inside him.
Itachi Uchiha: Ugh!
-Itachi coughs out a small amount of blood.-
Itachi Uchiha: How did you get past my Sharingan!? I couldn't even feel your presence! How!?
Kaede: So you're an Uchiha? As you're going to die here I will tell you my power, I can hide my presence and chakra so nobody no matter how good their sensory skills are, they will be unable to sense me. Well that's enough talk, time to finish you off!
-Kaede pulls out a large blade which is being carried on her back and stabs Itachi right through his chest.-
Kaede: Bye.

Razan: All of you have had your three years of training and are now able to take the Chunin exams. As before I will be the proctor and I will tell you what you will be doing for the Chunin exams and before each event the rules will be explained.

- I'm thinking about having Kaede more then just a Chunin exam character
- Small shout-out to a friend of mine on a game, JamUchiha, he recently joined NB and gave me an idea which was slightly included in this chapter and will be included in more chapters in the future
