It seems like time has gone by since the last time we spoke, Kakashi, though this time, it's I who visit the land of the living and not you visiting the land of the dead...

Expecting their father to reveal what secret technique he had up his sleeves, they instead got Kabuto's voice, speaking through Sakumo.
Sakumo (Static Voice): This should be very interesting indeed. Father against his sons, one of them being his long lost one. It's a shame really, I would really like to see the three of you have a nice long chat! *Smirk*
Akashi: You bastard, you planned this all along, didn't you?
Sakumo (Static Voice): What can I say... I didn't really expect you to beat both Kakashi and Gai back then, even with my binding seal. Your main purpose was for stalling them. Though I fear that all those power-ups I've given you, might actually put this battle at equal footing, *Smirk.*

Sakumo (Static Voice): ... I will stop you, blah, blah, blah, the same old line, over and over again. I've heard that one before, so let's see if you're able to stay true to your word. Facing your own father got to stir some emotions in you I believe, although I must say that you two aren't the only ones, *Smirk...*
Kakashi: What do you mean?...
Sakumo (Static Voice): Let's just say that he's the Yellow Flash of Konoha...
Akashi: The 4th Hokage?!
Kakashi: So you've summoned him as well to fight against Naruto...
Sakumo (Static Voice): Among other people, *Smirk.* But enough talk for now, let's see if the Hatake brothers can work together and if they can be able to defeat the Legendary White Fang of Konoha, said to rival the Sannin, and even go beyond their might!
Akashi: !!
Kakashi: Here he comes!
In the blink of the eye, Sakumo then leaped off as he went straight for Kakashi with an attack.
Sakumo: Wind Style: Piercing Hurricane Strike!
Barely able to react, Kakashi fired up a Raikiri to counter, as the two of them clashed.
Kakashi (In Thoughts): This is bad, his wind element is far superior in strength compared to my Raikiri! Not only that, but it's weak against wind... Think Kakashi, think! There's got to be a way to turn this dire situation around, you've battled without the Sharingan before!
Hiruzen: Watch out!
Unable to hold his ground for long, Sakumo's Hurricane Strike pierced right through Kakashi's Raikiri and hit him dead on in the shoulder.
Kakashi: Ugh!
Mito: Kakashi-Sensei!
Flying on his back, and crashing to the ground, Kakashi let out a big moan of pain, as he grabbed his bleeding arm.
Kakashi: Damn he's fast...
Hiruzen: Are you alright?!
Kakashi: Yeah, I'll manage.
Hiruzen: Here, let me stitch you up with my med-...
Kakashi: There is no time!
Getting back on his feet again, Kakashi fixed his sight on Sakumo once more.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh, that was almost over in one blow! Sure you can continue, Kakashi?? *Smirk* You could always just surrender you know, not that I'm taking any prisoners though, kehehehe!
Akashi: Enough is enough!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh, so you want to join in on the fun too I suppose? I guess that's a fair deal, I mean, what is Kakashi without his Sharingan anyways? He's just an one-eyed old man now, with no skills at all! And who do I have to thank that for?
Akashi: I-...
Kakashi: You leave him out of this, it was your damn biding-seal!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh, did I stir up some emotion in you?? This is the man you tried to kill before after all. The man you were ready to fight to death with... and now all of a sudden, you care? You barely know the guy!
Breaking out in sinister laughter, Kabuto then put his game face back on, as Sakumo fired up another technique.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Bang!
Akashi: Ugh!
Kakashi: !!
In a matter of split seconds, Sakumo had launched himself at Akashi, as he drew his tantō, called the White Light Chakra Sabre, and slashed right at Akashi's chest, causing blood to spill in all directions.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Too fast! No wonder why he's called the White Fang of Konoha! When he slashed that tantō, it gave of a white streak of chakra, resembling a fang! Whoa, this just even got more interesting than I though! Please, give me some resistance at least, this is too easy! With your Sharingan, you would be able to have read and intercepted that move Kakashi, Kehehehe, ahahaha!
Kakashi: ?! Akashi!
Rushing over to his side to check on him, Kakashi grabbed on to Akashi to help him up. But to his surprise, Akashi's wound had already healed.
Akashi: I'm fine...
Kakashi: ?! But how?
Sakumo (Static Voice): Have you already forgot?? You battled him earlier, and you did witness this on more than one occasion. How could you forget already?
Kakashi: Right... His regeneration technique...
As Akashi stood up, his body had changed as his skin had become darker and his muscles bigger. His upper body had grown twice in size, while his lower body had stayed at the same size, but with razor sharp needles pointing out of his feet and legs. A dark line ran across his face, erupting from his curse mark seal, as his eyes started changing color.
Hiruzen: What is that??
Mito: It's the curse mark, can't you see?
Standing a bit away from the rest, watching from a safe distance, Mito and Hiruzen were suppose to only interfere if Kakashi or Akashi told them to do so. Though Hiruzen wasn't really the type of person to sit back and watch, as he was looking for opportunities to strike.
Hiruzen: Yeah...
Mito: I know what you're thinking, and I do not like it... Kakashi-Sensei said-...
Hiruzen: I know what Kakashi-Sensei said, but we got to help somehow. If the slightest chance opens up, I'll make my move.
Mito: But you can't, and you're the only medical ninja here... If anything were to happen, you would have to-...
Hiruzen: Just watch me...
Sakumo (Static Voice): As boring as the two of you seem to be, maybe I should see the extent of your resolve to protect the next generation! If I attack one of the children, you will have to expose yourself!
Turning his attention towards Mito and Hiruzen, Sakumo began to walk slowly towards them.
Kakashi: Leave the Ch-...
Akashi: ...-ildren out of this!
Charging straight at Sakumo at great speed, Akashi aimed to hit him dead on as he sent a punch straight for his face.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Not good enough...
Putting up a block in matter of seconds, Sakumo grabbed on to Akashi's punch with his right arm, as he readied his tantō in his left hand, just about to strike at him.
Akashi: !!
*Cling*
Just barely touching his skin, Sakumo's tantō stopped in its track as Kakashi had come to the rescue, intercepting it with a kunai, thrown from afar.
Sakumo (Static Voice): You still have your precision with you I see.
Taking his eyes off Akashi for just a second, Sakumo failed to notice Akashi's attempt at flinging his left foot at him, attempting to hit him with his razor sharp needles. But to his surprise, Sakumo easily dodged it, as he spun around and went for Akashi's rear with his tantō. Just as he was a second away from a direct blow, Kakashi leaped in as he met his attack with a kunai, blocking the attempt. In response to this, Sakumo leaped backwards as Kakashi and Akashi went right after him.
Kakashi: Raikiri!
Akashi: Rasengan!
Sakumo: Piercing Hurricane strike!
Charging in at him with two handed Raikiri and Rasengan, Kakashi and Akashi were just about to clash with Sakumo as he formed a Hurricane Strike in both his arms to counter, smashing them together and creating a powerful wind attack and sending it right at the two of them.
Kakashi/Akashi: ?!
The Raikiri and the Rasengan crashed right into the attack, but they quickly discovered their attack were far inferior to Sakumo's attack, as both of them were flung on their backs. Though, they still managed to diminish the effect of the attack, as none of them took much damage.
Kakashi: Damn...
Akashi: He's intercepting our every move...
Sakumo (Static Voice): Looks like you finally decided to put up a battle and work together for a change! About time, consid-..?!
As Kabuto was continuing to brag how superior Sakumo was compared to Kakashi and Akashi, he failed to notice someone sneaking up from behind as Sakumo was struck dead on from the back and sent flying towards the two brothers.
Hiruzen: Konoha Daisenpū (Konoha Great Whirlwind)!
Sakumo (Static Voice): That brat?!
Kakashi: Now is our chance!
Akashi: Right!
As he was flying towards Kakashi and Akashi, Sakumo quickly preformed some hand-seals as he shot out a strong wind, changing his direction and avoiding the head on attack, before landing safely on the ground again.
Akashi: Damn, and so close too...
Kakashi: I thought I told you not to interfere Hiruzen?!
Hiruzen: I couldn't let such an opportunity slip!
Sakumo (Static Voice): My, my, you're so harsh Kakashi... But on the other hand, I thought I would keep the kids out of this... Now I see that it's not an option! Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)!
Emitting a small amount of chakra from his fingertip, Sakumo went straight for Hiruzen as wind developed in the form of a blade, as he sent the attack straight at him.
Hiruzen: Shit!
Akashi: Not so fast, Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)!
Appearing right between Hiruzen and Sakumo, Akashi sent of a large fireball at him, engulfing the wind and making the attack even stronger. Forced to dodge the upcoming attack, Sakumo leaped backwards, but only to find another fireball flying in at him.
Sakumo (Static Voice): What?!
Kakashi: Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)!
Unable to react, even with his great speed, Sakumo was hit dead on as both fireballs smashed together, causing a large explosion.
Hiruzen: You got him?!
As the attack settled, and the smoke cleared, Kakashi and Akashi were witness to Sakumo's body lying on the ground, partially blown to pieces.
Kakashi: If only it wasn't for the Edo Tensei...
Sakumo (Static Voice): Ahahaha... Did you really believe that was the end of it?! Don't make me laugh, this battle hasn't even begun yet!
Sakumo began to push himself up from the ground, as he got back up on his feet and his body started regenerating.
Akashi: It's not much, but it's a start!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh don't give me that moral boosting crap, you're not going to win as long as you don't have a sealing technique up your sleeves... And as far as my Intel tells me, neither one of you have such a technique, *Smirk.* But then again, you would have had your Kamui, if you still have had that Sharingan of yours, Kakashi... Such a pity really, kehehehe...
Kakashi: ...
Akashi: There's got to be a other way beating you for sure, you just watch us!
Walking up to Kakashi and whispering something in his ear, Akashi then proceeded to run straight towards Sakumo's right, while Kakashi ran towards the left.
Sakumo (Static Voice): So you got something planned now I see...
Kakashi: Kage Bunshin no jutsu (Shadow clone technique)!
Akashi: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone technique)!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Shadow Clone ehh... Not going to do much damage!
Charging in at his sides with at least 100 or so clones each, all of them had fired up either Raikiri or Rasengan, as they went straight for Sakumo.
Sakumo: Shinkūken (Vacuum Sword)!
Flinging his tantō towards the clones, Sakumo sent out several large waves of wind, piercing through countless of them. But due to the vast number of clones, some slipped through as they went straight for him. In response, Sakumo swung the White Light Chakra Sabre around, being one with the weapon, blocking and countering every attack as they were sent at him.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Not good enough!
Kakashi: Damn...
As the smoke slowly settled, the only thing left standing in plain sight were Kakashi and Sakumo.
Sakumo (Static Voice): As I said, it's not-... He... where's-... ?! My body!
Kakashi: Got you now.
Akashi: Kage Nui no Jutsu (Art of Shadow Stitching) Complete!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Bravo, you've managed to capture me! It's not going to last for very long though... Heh, did you really think this would be enough to stop me?? Now what? *Smirk*
Kakashi: Oh, we're not done yet, Raikiri!
Sakumo (Static Voice): ?!
Piercing right through the immobilised Sakumo, Kakashi's Raikiri came out at the back of him, as Kakashi looked him straight into his eyes.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Uaaaaah! Ugh! Damn... You got me... Just kidding! What good did that do may I ask? I already told you, you need to seal this guy up in order to win, no? *Smirk*
Kakashi: ...
Pulling his arm out of Sakumo's chest, Kakashi then jumped back some several yards as Akashi's Shadow stitching technique came to an end.
Akashi: I hate to say it, but he's right...
As Sakumo slowly was regenerating, his yellow-ish eyes turned red as he leaped of at great speed, right towards Kakashi.
Sakumo (Static Voice): My turn!
Kakashi: ?!
Akashi: Not going to happen! Hakkeshō Kaiten (Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation)!
Jumping in front of Kakashi, Akashi began spinning at rapid speed as Sakumo crashed right into it, sending him flying to the far side of the barrier, landing with his face first. As Akashi's defensive attack ended, he turned around as Kakashi noticed his Byakugan and Sharingan being activated.
Kakashi: You still have those huh... You really need to tell me how you're able to turn them on and off as you like.
Akashi: Hah, yeah...
Sakumo (Static Voice): You two are not ready to just lay down and die I see... Time I got serious as well, seeing how you just activated your Sharingan and Byakugan, Akashi... Speaking of those eyes I gave you, the only reason you are able to do so, unlike any other guy who's had a Sharingan or Byakugan transplanted, is because-...?! Genjutsu?!
Falling to his knees in pain, Sakumo's body completely froze as Kabuto screamed out in pain through him.
Kakashi: ?! Is he able to reach through to Kabuto himself?!
Sakumo: I...
Kakashi: Dad?!
Akashi: *Pant* I think I managed to squeeze Kabuto out for a minute, but we ain't got much time!
Sakumo: I'm still here I see... Huff, this is troublesome indeed. Everything was so much better when I was finally able to move on and see your mom after last time we spoke, Kakashi...
Kakashi: Dad! The technique!
Sakumo: Oh yeah... It's called the Divine Hurricane of Sealing technique, and it's a technique I developed near the end of my life. It's a sealing technique which wraps the target into a massive tornado, before the whole thing implodes, sealing the target into the thin air.
Akashi: Into the thin air?! Is that even possible?
Kakashi: Sigh, you mean that the target gets blown to pieces, leaving not a single trace, as if sealed, right?
Sakumo: Hehe, yeah... Don't know why it has sealing in its name son. Though this is a techniques which requires some preparation, but once completed, its massive scale of attack really leaves nobody left alive. I fear that this barrier is not big enough for you to escape its blast radius, and once caught...
Kakashi: There won't be a way back... I get it.
Akashi: So it's a S-class Ninjutsu...
Sakumo: Exactly. Once I do that technique, it will all be over... Make sure to finish this fight before that happens at all cost! I'm sorry I chose the cowardly way out in life son, if only I got the opportunity to make things right, I would probably have got more time in life, and even perhaps met you, Akashi...
Akashi: Father... I-...
Kakashi: You know I already forgave you dad...
Sakumo: I know, son. I can feel the user of this technique fighting his way back in control... And there is still so much I want to ask you Akashi... Make sure to look out for each other... I-... I believe in you both... Uahhhhh!

Kakashi: ...
Sakumo (Static Voice): Did you really think you were going to shut me out forever? Heh, I'll make you pay for this... Speaking off, this fight has gone on for too long already, time I brought this to an end. After all, I should really focus on getting rid of the old Kages instead, *Smirk.*
Kakashi: Getting rid of the Kages?! What do you mean?!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh you don't have to worry about that!
Leaping off at great speed, Sakumo disappeared in the matter of the blink of an eye as he reappeared right in front of Kakashi, ready to strike!
Kakashi: Shit!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Piercing Hurricane Strike!
Dodging just in time, Kakashi fired up a Raikiri to counter as the two of them clashed dead on.
Sakumo (Static Voice): This ends now!
A massive shockwave appeared between them as Akashi came running in from the side with a Rasengan.
Kakashi/Akashi: Raikiri/Rasengan!
*Bang*
Kakashi: Ugh!
Akashi: ahh!
Sakumo (Static Voice): What, the-...!
All three of them got blasted in different directions from the result of the clash as Kakashi landed on his back, bumping his head into a rock.
Hiruzen: Kakashi-Sensei!
Mito: Hiruzen, wait!
Without hesitation, Hiruzen ran as fast as he could as he headed over to Kakashi whom had taken a serious toll due to the impact of the attack.
Kakashi: Ugh... Damn too much power...
Hiruzen: Shit, you're not alright at all! Time I stepped in to help!
He said as he immediately began healing Kakashi's wound.
Kakashi: Not... Happening... kid...
Forcing himself up, Kakashi sat up against the rock as Hiruzen continued to heal him. As he looked up, a terrifying view met him.
Mito: ?!
Kakashi: Akashi!!
In front of him, stood Sakumo with Akashi lifted up in the air as chakra slowly drained from him and into Sakumo's body.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Time I took back what's mine! You've had the curse mark for far too long, and with it... your regeneration technique.
Akashi: Ugh!
As the last bit of the curse mark drained away from him, Akashi returned to his human form as Sakumo was still holding him up in the air. From his side, Kakashi came storming in with a Raikiri in hand, but Sakumo quickly set out his foot and kicked him hard, sending him crashing into Hiruzen whom also was on his way to help.
Kakashi: Ugh!..
Hiruzen: F*ck!
Mito: Guys?!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Time to say goodbye, Piercing Hurricane Strike!
Akashi: Ugh?!
Before anyone managed to react, Sakumo pierced his left arm right through Akashi's chest, causing him to spit out a lot of blood.
Kakashi: Akashi!
Sakumo (Static Voice): One down, one to go...
As the blood dripped down his arm, Sakumo then pulled it back as he tossed Akashi in the direction of Kakashi and the others.
Sakumo (Static Voice): ... Looks like you're in for some luck... Well that depends on how you look at it I suppose, Kehehe... But it seems like I'm needed elsewhere, the Kages actually seem to be putting up a great fight and they've managed to defeat my clone, and sealed one of the Edo Kages... I can't let them turn the table around can I? So I'll head over there to strengthen the Edo Tensei connection for a bit, and at the same time, giving you the chance to... mourn, if you will, *Smirk.* It's not like you can seal this soul away after all, Kakashi...
With that, Sakumo's body suddenly froze as if shutting down and going into standby mode.
Kakashi: Akashi-...
Akashi: Damn-...Ugh... He got me... by surprise... I'm slipping away, brother.
Kakashi: Damn it, damn it all! Not like this?! NOT LIKE THIS!! Not when you finally returned back to me?!
Clearly getting angry and upset, tears began to stream down his cheeks as Mito was in complete shock over what happened, unable to say a word. Hiruzen was trying his best to heal Akashi with his medical technique, but he soon realized that there was really nothing he could do.
Kakashi: Hiruzen!
Hiruzen: I-... There's-... I can't... It's beyond my reach.. I'm sorr-...
Kakashi: No! I-...
Akashi: It's... alright, *cough,* *cough.* At least we got to know each other in the end... Thank you for saving me... from Kabuto's... grasp... Thank you for... redeeming me in the end... Brother...
Tears began to stream down Akashi's chin as well, as he was breathing heavily, clinging on to his life...
Akashi: This is the first time... *Cough* *Cough* I've ever had a real family... first time I've felt a bond... Root was... Not the same... Even just for a little while, this was more than what... I could have... asked for... Damn, just as we... started to get to know... each other... We could have become best friends, right?-...
Kakashi: *Sniff* Right, we could, Aka-...
Unable to finish his sentence due to the shock he was in, Kakashi looked at him, knowing that there was nothing he could do.
Akashi: But we had a good run... Even if it... lasted for such a... short time... I...
The tears continued to stream down his chin as his Sharingan suddenly began to change form...
Akashi: This is... Heh, at such a time too-... Too bad I won't...

Realizing that his brother's life had slipped away through his fingers, and not being able to understand how he could have let it come to this, Kakashi started to blame himself as he fell in a despair.
Kakashi: I-... No-... No, no, no, no, no, NO! It's not the right time! What have I done?! How couldn't I prevent this, why wasn't I strong enough! This is my fault, I-...
Mito: There's nothing you can do now, he's gone...
Hiruzen: We should do the transplant right away while Kabuto still is-...
Kakashi: ...
Hiruzen: You hear me?
Kakashi: I-...
Hiruzen: Get your act together, this is war! No time to mourn now!
Getting slapped across the face with Hiruzen's hand, Kakashi soon got back to his senses as Hiruzen began the transplantation.
Mito: Now?
Kakashi: ...
Hiruzen: It's done... How do you feel?
Kakashi: Ready for some payback!!!
Kakashi swiftly rose to his feet as he looked straight at Sakumo, still standing in standby mode. As he proceeded to walk towards him, Sakumo suddenly reactivated as Kabuto's voice could be heard through him.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh, what did I miss? Nothing serious I hope, you see, the Kages were reaaaally making a mess out there, you could only imagine-... Ah, now I see... So he gave you his Sharingan. What a noble gesture, right at the time he died! Kehehehe, ahahaha!
Kakashi: This ends now!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh I'm scared, do you really believe that you're going to be able to defeat me now when it's only you left? Please, with a Sharingan or not, it's not like there's much you can do-...?! It can't be... Did Akashi awaken the Mangekyo right before he died?! Well that's something to go on I suppose...
As he looked over at Kakashi, the Mangekyo had taken the shape of Kakashi's old Mangekyo Sharingan, as it slowly began changing into a different form.
Sakumo (Static Voice): No... You're not kidding are you... Of course, taking a Mangekyo Sharingan when you had one yourself before, it would mean... Damn, dumb luck, he being your brother and all... I'll have to do something fast then! Piercing Hurricane Strike!
As Sakumo charged at Kakashi, he discovered that Kakashi had awakened the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan!
Kakashi: Kamui!
*Kakashi awakens the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, as he's set on avenging his brother and finishing this fight!!*

Expecting their father to reveal what secret technique he had up his sleeves, they instead got Kabuto's voice, speaking through Sakumo.
Sakumo (Static Voice): This should be very interesting indeed. Father against his sons, one of them being his long lost one. It's a shame really, I would really like to see the three of you have a nice long chat! *Smirk*
Akashi: You bastard, you planned this all along, didn't you?
Sakumo (Static Voice): What can I say... I didn't really expect you to beat both Kakashi and Gai back then, even with my binding seal. Your main purpose was for stalling them. Though I fear that all those power-ups I've given you, might actually put this battle at equal footing, *Smirk.*

Sakumo (Static Voice): ... I will stop you, blah, blah, blah, the same old line, over and over again. I've heard that one before, so let's see if you're able to stay true to your word. Sakumo (Static Voice): Let's just say that he's the Yellow Flash of Konoha...
Akashi: The 4th Hokage?!
Kakashi: So you've summoned him as well to fight against Naruto...
Sakumo (Static Voice): Among other people, *Smirk.* But enough talk for now, let's see if the Hatake brothers can work together and if they can be able to defeat the Legendary White Fang of Konoha, said to rival the Sannin, and even go beyond their might!

Kakashi: Here he comes!
In the blink of the eye, Sakumo then leaped off as he went straight for Kakashi with an attack.
Sakumo: Wind Style: Piercing Hurricane Strike!
Barely able to react, Kakashi fired up a Raikiri to counter, as the two of them clashed.
Kakashi (In Thoughts): This is bad, his wind element is far superior in strength compared to my Raikiri! Not only that, but it's weak against wind... Think Kakashi, think! There's got to be a way to turn this dire situation around, you've battled without the Sharingan before!
Hiruzen: Watch out!
Unable to hold his ground for long, Sakumo's Hurricane Strike pierced right through Kakashi's Raikiri and hit him dead on in the shoulder.
Kakashi: Ugh!
Mito: Kakashi-Sensei!
Flying on his back, and crashing to the ground, Kakashi let out a big moan of pain, as he grabbed his bleeding arm.
Kakashi: Damn he's fast...
Hiruzen: Are you alright?!
Kakashi: Yeah, I'll manage.
Hiruzen: Here, let me stitch you up with my med-...
Kakashi: There is no time!
Getting back on his feet again, Kakashi fixed his sight on Sakumo once more.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh, that was almost over in one blow! Sure you can continue, Kakashi?? *Smirk* You could always just surrender you know, not that I'm taking any prisoners though, kehehehe!
Akashi: Enough is enough!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh, so you want to join in on the fun too I suppose? I guess that's a fair deal, I mean, what is Kakashi without his Sharingan anyways? He's just an one-eyed old man now, with no skills at all! And who do I have to thank that for?
Akashi: I-...
Kakashi: You leave him out of this, it was your damn biding-seal!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh, did I stir up some emotion in you?? This is the man you tried to kill before after all. The man you were ready to fight to death with... and now all of a sudden, you care? You barely know the guy!
Breaking out in sinister laughter, Kabuto then put his game face back on, as Sakumo fired up another technique.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Bang!
Akashi: Ugh!
Kakashi: !!
In a matter of split seconds, Sakumo had launched himself at Akashi, as he drew his tantō, called the White Light Chakra Sabre, and slashed right at Akashi's chest, causing blood to spill in all directions.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Too fast! No wonder why he's called the White Fang of Konoha! When he slashed that tantō, it gave of a white streak of chakra, resembling a fang! Whoa, this just even got more interesting than I though! Please, give me some resistance at least, this is too easy! With your Sharingan, you would be able to have read and intercepted that move Kakashi, Kehehehe, ahahaha!
Kakashi: ?! Akashi!
Rushing over to his side to check on him, Kakashi grabbed on to Akashi to help him up. But to his surprise, Akashi's wound had already healed.
Akashi: I'm fine...
Kakashi: ?! But how?
Sakumo (Static Voice): Have you already forgot?? You battled him earlier, and you did witness this on more than one occasion. How could you forget already?
Kakashi: Right... His regeneration technique...
As Akashi stood up, his body had changed as his skin had become darker and his muscles bigger. His upper body had grown twice in size, while his lower body had stayed at the same size, but with razor sharp needles pointing out of his feet and legs. A dark line ran across his face, erupting from his curse mark seal, as his eyes started changing color.
Hiruzen: What is that??
Mito: It's the curse mark, can't you see?
Standing a bit away from the rest, watching from a safe distance, Mito and Hiruzen were suppose to only interfere if Kakashi or Akashi told them to do so. Though Hiruzen wasn't really the type of person to sit back and watch, as he was looking for opportunities to strike.
Hiruzen: Yeah...
Mito: I know what you're thinking, and I do not like it... Kakashi-Sensei said-...
Hiruzen: I know what Kakashi-Sensei said, but we got to help somehow. If the slightest chance opens up, I'll make my move.
Mito: But you can't, and you're the only medical ninja here... If anything were to happen, you would have to-...
Hiruzen: Just watch me...
Sakumo (Static Voice): As boring as the two of you seem to be, maybe I should see the extent of your resolve to protect the next generation! If I attack one of the children, you will have to expose yourself!
Turning his attention towards Mito and Hiruzen, Sakumo began to walk slowly towards them.
Kakashi: Leave the Ch-...
Akashi: ...-ildren out of this!
Charging straight at Sakumo at great speed, Akashi aimed to hit him dead on as he sent a punch straight for his face.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Not good enough...
Putting up a block in matter of seconds, Sakumo grabbed on to Akashi's punch with his right arm, as he readied his tantō in his left hand, just about to strike at him.
Akashi: !!
*Cling*
Just barely touching his skin, Sakumo's tantō stopped in its track as Kakashi had come to the rescue, intercepting it with a kunai, thrown from afar.
Sakumo (Static Voice): You still have your precision with you I see.
Taking his eyes off Akashi for just a second, Sakumo failed to notice Akashi's attempt at flinging his left foot at him, attempting to hit him with his razor sharp needles. But to his surprise, Sakumo easily dodged it, as he spun around and went for Akashi's rear with his tantō. Just as he was a second away from a direct blow, Kakashi leaped in as he met his attack with a kunai, blocking the attempt. In response to this, Sakumo leaped backwards as Kakashi and Akashi went right after him.
Kakashi: Raikiri!
Akashi: Rasengan!
Sakumo: Piercing Hurricane strike!
Charging in at him with two handed Raikiri and Rasengan, Kakashi and Akashi were just about to clash with Sakumo as he formed a Hurricane Strike in both his arms to counter, smashing them together and creating a powerful wind attack and sending it right at the two of them.
Kakashi/Akashi: ?!
The Raikiri and the Rasengan crashed right into the attack, but they quickly discovered their attack were far inferior to Sakumo's attack, as both of them were flung on their backs. Though, they still managed to diminish the effect of the attack, as none of them took much damage.
Kakashi: Damn...
Akashi: He's intercepting our every move...
Sakumo (Static Voice): Looks like you finally decided to put up a battle and work together for a change! About time, consid-..?!
As Kabuto was continuing to brag how superior Sakumo was compared to Kakashi and Akashi, he failed to notice someone sneaking up from behind as Sakumo was struck dead on from the back and sent flying towards the two brothers.
Hiruzen: Konoha Daisenpū (Konoha Great Whirlwind)!
Sakumo (Static Voice): That brat?!
Kakashi: Now is our chance!
Akashi: Right!
As he was flying towards Kakashi and Akashi, Sakumo quickly preformed some hand-seals as he shot out a strong wind, changing his direction and avoiding the head on attack, before landing safely on the ground again.
Akashi: Damn, and so close too...
Kakashi: I thought I told you not to interfere Hiruzen?!
Hiruzen: I couldn't let such an opportunity slip!
Sakumo (Static Voice): My, my, you're so harsh Kakashi... But on the other hand, I thought I would keep the kids out of this... Now I see that it's not an option! Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)!
Emitting a small amount of chakra from his fingertip, Sakumo went straight for Hiruzen as wind developed in the form of a blade, as he sent the attack straight at him.
Hiruzen: Shit!
Akashi: Not so fast, Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)!
Appearing right between Hiruzen and Sakumo, Akashi sent of a large fireball at him, engulfing the wind and making the attack even stronger. Forced to dodge the upcoming attack, Sakumo leaped backwards, but only to find another fireball flying in at him.
Sakumo (Static Voice): What?!
Kakashi: Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)!
Unable to react, even with his great speed, Sakumo was hit dead on as both fireballs smashed together, causing a large explosion.
Hiruzen: You got him?!
As the attack settled, and the smoke cleared, Kakashi and Akashi were witness to Sakumo's body lying on the ground, partially blown to pieces.
Kakashi: If only it wasn't for the Edo Tensei...
Sakumo (Static Voice): Ahahaha... Did you really believe that was the end of it?! Don't make me laugh, this battle hasn't even begun yet!
Sakumo began to push himself up from the ground, as he got back up on his feet and his body started regenerating.
Akashi: It's not much, but it's a start!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh don't give me that moral boosting crap, you're not going to win as long as you don't have a sealing technique up your sleeves... And as far as my Intel tells me, neither one of you have such a technique, *Smirk.* But then again, you would have had your Kamui, if you still have had that Sharingan of yours, Kakashi... Such a pity really, kehehehe...
Kakashi: ...
Akashi: There's got to be a other way beating you for sure, you just watch us!
Walking up to Kakashi and whispering something in his ear, Akashi then proceeded to run straight towards Sakumo's right, while Kakashi ran towards the left.
Sakumo (Static Voice): So you got something planned now I see...
Kakashi: Kage Bunshin no jutsu (Shadow clone technique)!
Akashi: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone technique)!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Shadow Clone ehh... Not going to do much damage!
Charging in at his sides with at least 100 or so clones each, all of them had fired up either Raikiri or Rasengan, as they went straight for Sakumo.
Sakumo: Shinkūken (Vacuum Sword)!
Flinging his tantō towards the clones, Sakumo sent out several large waves of wind, piercing through countless of them. But due to the vast number of clones, some slipped through as they went straight for him. In response, Sakumo swung the White Light Chakra Sabre around, being one with the weapon, blocking and countering every attack as they were sent at him.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Not good enough!
Kakashi: Damn...
As the smoke slowly settled, the only thing left standing in plain sight were Kakashi and Sakumo.
Sakumo (Static Voice): As I said, it's not-... He... where's-... ?! My body!
Kakashi: Got you now.
Akashi: Kage Nui no Jutsu (Art of Shadow Stitching) Complete!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Bravo, you've managed to capture me! It's not going to last for very long though... Heh, did you really think this would be enough to stop me?? Now what? *Smirk*
Kakashi: Oh, we're not done yet, Raikiri!
Sakumo (Static Voice): ?!
Piercing right through the immobilised Sakumo, Kakashi's Raikiri came out at the back of him, as Kakashi looked him straight into his eyes.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Uaaaaah! Ugh! Damn... You got me... Just kidding! What good did that do may I ask? I already told you, you need to seal this guy up in order to win, no? *Smirk*
Kakashi: ...
Pulling his arm out of Sakumo's chest, Kakashi then jumped back some several yards as Akashi's Shadow stitching technique came to an end.
Akashi: I hate to say it, but he's right...
As Sakumo slowly was regenerating, his yellow-ish eyes turned red as he leaped of at great speed, right towards Kakashi.
Sakumo (Static Voice): My turn!
Kakashi: ?!
Akashi: Not going to happen! Hakkeshō Kaiten (Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation)!
Jumping in front of Kakashi, Akashi began spinning at rapid speed as Sakumo crashed right into it, sending him flying to the far side of the barrier, landing with his face first. As Akashi's defensive attack ended, he turned around as Kakashi noticed his Byakugan and Sharingan being activated.
Kakashi: You still have those huh... You really need to tell me how you're able to turn them on and off as you like.
Akashi: Hah, yeah...
Sakumo (Static Voice): You two are not ready to just lay down and die I see... Time I got serious as well, seeing how you just activated your Sharingan and Byakugan, Akashi... Speaking of those eyes I gave you, the only reason you are able to do so, unlike any other guy who's had a Sharingan or Byakugan transplanted, is because-...?! Genjutsu?!
Falling to his knees in pain, Sakumo's body completely froze as Kabuto screamed out in pain through him.
Kakashi: ?! Is he able to reach through to Kabuto himself?!
Sakumo: I...
Kakashi: Dad?!
Akashi: *Pant* I think I managed to squeeze Kabuto out for a minute, but we ain't got much time!
Sakumo: I'm still here I see... Huff, this is troublesome indeed. Everything was so much better when I was finally able to move on and see your mom after last time we spoke, Kakashi...
Kakashi: Dad! The technique!
Sakumo: Oh yeah... It's called the Divine Hurricane of Sealing technique, and it's a technique I developed near the end of my life. It's a sealing technique which wraps the target into a massive tornado, before the whole thing implodes, sealing the target into the thin air.
Akashi: Into the thin air?! Is that even possible?
Kakashi: Sigh, you mean that the target gets blown to pieces, leaving not a single trace, as if sealed, right?
Sakumo: Hehe, yeah... Don't know why it has sealing in its name son. Though this is a techniques which requires some preparation, but once completed, its massive scale of attack really leaves nobody left alive. I fear that this barrier is not big enough for you to escape its blast radius, and once caught...
Kakashi: There won't be a way back... I get it.
Akashi: So it's a S-class Ninjutsu...
Sakumo: Exactly. Once I do that technique, it will all be over... Make sure to finish this fight before that happens at all cost! I'm sorry I chose the cowardly way out in life son, if only I got the opportunity to make things right, I would probably have got more time in life, and even perhaps met you, Akashi...
Akashi: Father... I-...
Kakashi: You know I already forgave you dad...
Sakumo: I know, son. I can feel the user of this technique fighting his way back in control... And there is still so much I want to ask you Akashi... Make sure to look out for each other... I-... I believe in you both... Uahhhhh!

Sakumo (Static Voice): Did you really think you were going to shut me out forever? Heh, I'll make you pay for this... Speaking off, this fight has gone on for too long already, time I brought this to an end. After all, I should really focus on getting rid of the old Kages instead, *Smirk.*
Kakashi: Getting rid of the Kages?! What do you mean?!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh you don't have to worry about that!
Leaping off at great speed, Sakumo disappeared in the matter of the blink of an eye as he reappeared right in front of Kakashi, ready to strike!
Kakashi: Shit!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Piercing Hurricane Strike!
Dodging just in time, Kakashi fired up a Raikiri to counter as the two of them clashed dead on.
Sakumo (Static Voice): This ends now!
A massive shockwave appeared between them as Akashi came running in from the side with a Rasengan.
Kakashi/Akashi: Raikiri/Rasengan!
*Bang*
Kakashi: Ugh!
Akashi: ahh!
Sakumo (Static Voice): What, the-...!
All three of them got blasted in different directions from the result of the clash as Kakashi landed on his back, bumping his head into a rock.
Hiruzen: Kakashi-Sensei!
Mito: Hiruzen, wait!
Without hesitation, Hiruzen ran as fast as he could as he headed over to Kakashi whom had taken a serious toll due to the impact of the attack.
Kakashi: Ugh... Damn too much power...
Hiruzen: Shit, you're not alright at all! Time I stepped in to help!
He said as he immediately began healing Kakashi's wound.
Kakashi: Not... Happening... kid...
Forcing himself up, Kakashi sat up against the rock as Hiruzen continued to heal him. As he looked up, a terrifying view met him.
Mito: ?!
Kakashi: Akashi!!
In front of him, stood Sakumo with Akashi lifted up in the air as chakra slowly drained from him and into Sakumo's body.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Time I took back what's mine! You've had the curse mark for far too long, and with it... your regeneration technique.
Akashi: Ugh!
As the last bit of the curse mark drained away from him, Akashi returned to his human form as Sakumo was still holding him up in the air. From his side, Kakashi came storming in with a Raikiri in hand, but Sakumo quickly set out his foot and kicked him hard, sending him crashing into Hiruzen whom also was on his way to help.
Kakashi: Ugh!..
Hiruzen: F*ck!
Mito: Guys?!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Time to say goodbye, Piercing Hurricane Strike!
Akashi: Ugh?!
Before anyone managed to react, Sakumo pierced his left arm right through Akashi's chest, causing him to spit out a lot of blood.
Kakashi: Akashi!
Sakumo (Static Voice): One down, one to go...
As the blood dripped down his arm, Sakumo then pulled it back as he tossed Akashi in the direction of Kakashi and the others.
Sakumo (Static Voice): ... Looks like you're in for some luck... Well that depends on how you look at it I suppose, Kehehe... But it seems like I'm needed elsewhere, the Kages actually seem to be putting up a great fight and they've managed to defeat my clone, and sealed one of the Edo Kages... I can't let them turn the table around can I? So I'll head over there to strengthen the Edo Tensei connection for a bit, and at the same time, giving you the chance to... mourn, if you will, *Smirk.* It's not like you can seal this soul away after all, Kakashi...
With that, Sakumo's body suddenly froze as if shutting down and going into standby mode.
Kakashi: Akashi-...
Akashi: Damn-...Ugh... He got me... by surprise... I'm slipping away, brother.
Kakashi: Damn it, damn it all! Not like this?! NOT LIKE THIS!! Not when you finally returned back to me?!
Clearly getting angry and upset, tears began to stream down his cheeks as Mito was in complete shock over what happened, unable to say a word. Hiruzen was trying his best to heal Akashi with his medical technique, but he soon realized that there was really nothing he could do.
Kakashi: Hiruzen!
Hiruzen: I-... There's-... I can't... It's beyond my reach.. I'm sorr-...
Kakashi: No! I-...
Akashi: It's... alright, *cough,* *cough.* At least we got to know each other in the end... Thank you for saving me... from Kabuto's... grasp... Thank you for... redeeming me in the end... Brother...
Tears began to stream down Akashi's chin as well, as he was breathing heavily, clinging on to his life...
Akashi: This is the first time... *Cough* *Cough* I've ever had a real family... first time I've felt a bond... Root was... Not the same... Even just for a little while, this was more than what... I could have... asked for... Damn, just as we... started to get to know... each other... We could have become best friends, right?-...
Kakashi: *Sniff* Right, we could, Aka-...
Unable to finish his sentence due to the shock he was in, Kakashi looked at him, knowing that there was nothing he could do.
Akashi: But we had a good run... Even if it... lasted for such a... short time... I...
The tears continued to stream down his chin as his Sharingan suddenly began to change form...
Akashi: This is... Heh, at such a time too-... Too bad I won't...

Realizing that his brother's life had slipped away through his fingers, and not being able to understand how he could have let it come to this, Kakashi started to blame himself as he fell in a despair.
Kakashi: I-... No-... No, no, no, no, no, NO! It's not the right time! What have I done?! How couldn't I prevent this, why wasn't I strong enough! This is my fault, I-...
Mito: There's nothing you can do now, he's gone...
Hiruzen: We should do the transplant right away while Kabuto still is-...
Kakashi: ...
Hiruzen: You hear me?
Kakashi: I-...
Hiruzen: Get your act together, this is war! No time to mourn now!
Getting slapped across the face with Hiruzen's hand, Kakashi soon got back to his senses as Hiruzen began the transplantation.
Mito: Now?
Kakashi: ...
Hiruzen: It's done... How do you feel?
Kakashi: Ready for some payback!!!
Kakashi swiftly rose to his feet as he looked straight at Sakumo, still standing in standby mode. As he proceeded to walk towards him, Sakumo suddenly reactivated as Kabuto's voice could be heard through him.
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh, what did I miss? Nothing serious I hope, you see, the Kages were reaaaally making a mess out there, you could only imagine-... Ah, now I see... So he gave you his Sharingan. What a noble gesture, right at the time he died! Kehehehe, ahahaha!
Kakashi: This ends now!
Sakumo (Static Voice): Oh I'm scared, do you really believe that you're going to be able to defeat me now when it's only you left? Please, with a Sharingan or not, it's not like there's much you can do-...?! It can't be... Did Akashi awaken the Mangekyo right before he died?! Well that's something to go on I suppose...
As he looked over at Kakashi, the Mangekyo had taken the shape of Kakashi's old Mangekyo Sharingan, as it slowly began changing into a different form.
Sakumo (Static Voice): No... You're not kidding are you... Of course, taking a Mangekyo Sharingan when you had one yourself before, it would mean... Damn, dumb luck, he being your brother and all... I'll have to do something fast then! Piercing Hurricane Strike!
As Sakumo charged at Kakashi, he discovered that Kakashi had awakened the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan!
Kakashi: Kamui!
*Kakashi awakens the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, as he's set on avenging his brother and finishing this fight!!*
