How would you know if Kaguya was nerfed if no one has ever saw her skill set to begin with. You can't know if some one is negged unless your able to see that persons full capabilities

Kaguya can only be sealed away by Chibaku Tensei.

Chibaku Tensei requires the Sun and Moon seals working in conjunction to activate.

Sasuke has the Moon seal, you remove him, Naruto will not be able to seal and defeat Kaguya.

All I see is sasuke's eyes on top of the page and naruto with kurama below...correct me if I'm wrong but that eye connects all villages which goes to say sasuke transcended the bonds of village. He is now uchiha sasuke of the shinobi world.
