The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (ゼルダの伝説 スカイウォードソード, Zeruda no Densetsu: Sukaiwōdo Sōdo?) is an action-adventure game for the Wii console. It is currently in development by Nintendo Entertainment Analysis and Development, and is scheduled for a release in Europe on November 18, 2011, in North America on November 20, 2011, in Japan on November 23, 2011 and on November 24, 2011 in Australia. A prequel to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the game will make use of the Wii MotionPlus peripheral for sword-fighting, with a revised Wii Remote pointing system used for targeting. The game will be sold as both a bundle with a golden Wii Remote Plus and as a standalone game, and will include a CD containing orchestrated tracks of iconic music from the franchise.

So are there any fans of Zelda going to get this game when it comes out late November? Do you have expectations for the game? What do you hope of the motion controls?

i have been a fan of the series.... i'm looking forward to exploring skyloft and moving between it and hyrule.... i also wanna see the difference between the skyward sword and the master sword

Yes, I'm a huge Zelda fan played every game (expect the CD-I one's) and I'm freaking pumped for this game, the motions controls, graphical design, game-play all look amazing, plus the fact that this is supposed to be one of the hardest Zelda games ever. Can't wait until November 20th.

I think I may have to try and wait for the new Wii U to come out then get the game, There is a lot of hype about this game and I'm wondering if it will live up to the hype. We all expect so much because this is like the 25th aniversery game. I have been trying so hard to stay away from spoilers this time round too, so I don't know much about the story. The graphics are interesting and I have decided not to pass judgement on them till I have experienced them first hand! All in all, always excited for a new Zelda game, I'm sure I'll love it!!

I've played this game personally, and it is pretty good in terms of controls, and the motion sensitivity. That was probably my favourite part of the game that the motion plus really does work with it. It's really well put together in my opinion.

I've also heard that this installment of the Legend of Zelda series is more focused on the RPG side of things instead of being purely action/adventure. I mean like if you do certain things, you'll have different outcomes, which is something I'm really looking forward to.

It is Ocarina and i am looking forward for this game but i am afraid i will play too much Skyrim

yea that game was the longest game i ever played and it was hard in some levels to try to figure out wut to do well for me it was as for the boss fights they were all kind of easy i would say medium
