I don't like beer, taste like crap. I rather have some margaritas/mixed drinks of either monster and some type of liquor etc..But even if I'm able to get my hands on this drinks, I don't bother. I'm not a big fan of getting drunk nor do I truly see the big point in drinking.

My understanding of brain development, which i learnt from my Psychology class; Is that your brain is supposed to peak at around 21....This doesn't necessarily mean your brain stops developing...

I am from New Zealand and the law was over 18 but alot problem with young people drinking and killed etc.. now they decided up to over 20 so far seem better and less accident etc.. my opinion really its people problem if they want to risk their self but other hand they can hurt anyone.

On the other hand in America you can learn how to drive when you're fifteen/sixteen.
Here we're allowed to drink light alcohol (like Bacardi breezer) when we're sixteen and heavy alcohol (like whiskey) when we're eighteen, but we have to wait until we're at least seventeen before we're allowed to learn how to drive
