mid kage. Because , the sannins itself , aren't really that good ... each of them , are better in research , than power itself , but when you combine both of them (research and power) it really becomes a powerful source , but... their power (individually) isn't really "that" big.

Out of all the sannins, only Tsunade has shown any kind of combat feat. Jiraya is horrible, without toads he is nothing but a low Kage if even that. He got offered the Hokage spot only due to being a sannin and great knowledge, not due to his strength. Orochimaru only talks and uses defensive moves with summons. He hasn't really shown any powerful attack.

As to white fang, based on pure hype I'd say he is around Kakashis level, a bit lower.
