Tobirama revives everybody from the Senju, Uzumaki, and Uchiha clans who were of notable power that died before Konoha was formed (Kabuto probably doesn't know THAT much, and if Orochimaru's still alive then he doesn't use Edo Tensei either). They may be significantly weaker than they were before, but they're Senju, Uchiha, and Uzumaki not to mention their numbers. Or the Uzumaki spam seals and easily win; either way Konoha wins low-diff.
