Precisely how strong was the SO6P before he sealed the Juubi within himself. I would say he had to still be untouchable because he actually sealed the Juubi by his self, without the rinnegan Im not talking about this knock off Juubi that Madara is controlling. Im talking about the one in the pictures with Sage, with the normal head. The one with the full eight and nine tails within it. For that reason alone I say he is still he is ranked #1 without neither the Juubi nor the rinnegan.

Yeah, he created the moon on his deathbed and seemingly perfectly capable of holding the Juubi. Compare that to Nagato's CT, which couldn't even hold an imcomplete nine-tails, yep, he was a tank.
