If Naruto can't use RSM then his team loses pretty easily. They win S2 regardless though.

-Ninjutsu becomes useless due to Momoshiki's presence.
-Meteors are cut by Sasuke's Susanoo and Toneri's Golden Wheel.
-Shinra Tensei is tanked by Susanoo.
-Juubidama is prevented by cutting down the tree.

Then they close in on Madara and wipe him off the face of the planet.

Madara wins both scenarios ,momo has no feats to absorb avatars or chakra cloaks meaning his team cant handle IT chakra PS assuming madara can do so.

In scene one I could see them putting up a fight.

Fused avatar still can get threw CT downpour and get close to him, and I don't see him reacting to TL Sasuke's Ameno.

Even if Madara's PS is up he can get inside with an Ameno combo with Naruto.

Even if he can somehow teleport into Madara's Susanoo, which I doubt since it's a solid structure unless the user purposely makes room for others, any follow up attack they make can be taken head on since he's immortal, then he can obliterate them with the Gudo Dama since they won't be able to use any Avatar strong enough to survive an explosion of all 9 Gudo Dama while in the diamond of Madara's own Avatar.
