The Last: Version of Naruto is his "Hebi Sasuke"

Much like how some fans believe Hebi Sasuke is the superior version of Sasuke (aside from the power)

Naruto was battle savy as hell in that movie. Much more than his pain arc version.

His base mode feats and jutsu control were on point. And I believe his feats in the new movie will further prove just how profient he is. He no longer needs to go all out to rekt someone.

The moon was getting closer to the Earth. It was not that far from there. Reaching there required simple ninjutsue.

I'd say beyond that, that's how Naruto was meant to perform. To me, he's always been a battle genius. Same with Sasuke. They just go about it in different ways. Sasuke analyses things and devises plans he thinks will work. Naruto tests things out to see if they will work beforehand, and then uses that experience (great with clones since they relay experience back to him) so that he's never caught off guard later. He didn't have to move an inch against Shin (granted he's way more powerful but still) given his knowledge of Mangekyou users as a whole (he's come across Sasuke, Madara, Itachi AND Obito).

For a human to get to Mount Myōboku, it either takes a month long travel on secret paths from Konohagakure or, if they have a summoning contract, they can let a toad use the Reverse Summoning Technique. According to Fukasaku, Mount Myōboku is impossible to find by foot for those who don't know the secret route.

There is a special portal called the Distant Body Water (遠身水, Enshinsui) that links Mount Myōboku and Konohagakure, that enables the smaller toads to quickly travel between the two without the use of the summoning technique.
