[Theory] The Last | Their Arms | A Puppet Master Appears

The spoilers for the movie states that Toneri Otsutsuki is the new villain and a part of the same clan as Kaguya was from. The trailer also shows his reason for his plan and a little bit about his plan. He aims to crash the moon as a way to punish humanity for using chakra as a weapon and he originally aims to gain Hinata but instead takes her little sister as a mistake. (He later captures Hinata though.) One thing that has been spoiled about this character's ability is that he appears in Konoha with a army of puppets that are enough to overwhelm Naruto and his friends. This means that Toneri is either a pure puppet master or simply has great skill in using and creating them. Now a question that has been asked, how does Naruto and Sasuke have arms in the movie? (Or atleast Naruto.) Many people believe that regaining their original arms or replacing them with a organic replacement like Zetsu is what will happen. Though as we've seen, Naruto has a bandage over it, covering it. We also know that a Zetsu arm will change color after some time to fit with the rest of the skin. (This did happen to Obito.) This means that there is no real reason for Naruto to hide it if a Zetsu arm is the answer. But what if Naruto's arm isn't organic, but rather a object? A puppet's arm, same as Chiyo had and Sasori used to create human puppets? Naruto may go for this alternative, while Sasuke may go for a mechanical one or a puppet one. (Or none for that matter. Why would a puppet arm make sense? Well for first, if Toneri turns out to be a Puppet Master, then this may play a vital role as to how he is able to fight Naruto with ease. (We even know that Naruto isn't far from being on Kaguya/Hagoromo's level and neither is Sasuke.) So in other words, either Toneri is stronger than Kaguya or he has a handicap over Naruto and Sasuke. A puppet master can manipulate organic objects too, though I would assume that a puppet would be easier or carry other traits. This may also explain why Naruto covers it up, as its not even a organic arm. One last possible idea is that they get a form of "Spiritual Arms". A arm that isn't visible, yet its there. (In the same manner a Limbo clone worked.) Though I doubt this. Just an idea.

well naruto wasn't in any form(kyuubi,rikudo, sage ect) so we can't judge how strong he is yet

He still has his left, beyond that, you can channel chakra through puppet parts. Sasori and Chiyo did it. (Along with every other puppet master really.)

I think when it said puppets it meant a ton of people under his command/ people that work for him. It could be actual puppets

nope. like "jutsu" said there is no way a puppet can form a rasengan. well, in the past puppet masters used to channel their chakra through puppets and control them with chakra threads but they cant create a rasengan with chakra threads. and in the movie naruto created his rasengan with his dominant arm i.e his right hand. so a puppet arm is out of the loop and zetsu arm.. hmmm.. i dont know about that.

why dont we wait for next weeks chapter and find out what actually happens?

Sasori was able to channel chakra through his puppet body to great strings and to utilize jutsu with. Why shouldn't Naruto be able to do the same?

Its already been stated and show that Toneri attacks Konoha with a army of "puppets" as they are referred to. THen tries to kidnap Hinata but fails and takes the wrong girl, Hanbi. (Then later takes Hinata.)

Also explains why Kaguya was creating her army. Maybe she had a feud with her brother/husband/father/cousin!

I find that incorrect because the movie scans show that Hinata was with Naruto, Sakura, and Shikimaru on their way to find Toneri or to a mission.
