Sory guys for asking and asking but , can sasuke control snakes cuz itachi removed his curse seal and he hasn't used snakes ?

He still has a summoning contract with them, so if he wanted to he could summon them BUT he can't use them like before. I don't think he ever liked them anyway

i don't think he has summoning contract with them. if am not wrong, didn't he use Orochi's blood to summon Manda?

He can since he singed a contract with them but he won't coz he dislikes them mainly b'coz it reminds him of Orochimaro

I hope you guys realize you can only have one contract and you can't change it, you sign it with your blood which seals the deal, there's no going back.
Sasuke has never had a contract with snakes, Orochimaru did and when Sasuke absorbed him he gained the ability to use them, much like he gained a few other abilities from Orochimaru. However when Itachi sealed Orochimaru from Sasuke's body, Sasuke lost all of the abilities and Orochimaru's contract with Snakes (Once again, it wasn't Sasuke's contract) so now Sasuke signed one with Hawks, which he can not change even if he wanted to.
Just clearing that up so you don't post false information on accident to further confuse other members who may not know the real answer.

how will ya know for sure? in the first place we didn't see him summoning Manda. anything is possible ya know.
