The Last Plot Spoilers Legit or Nah?

Regarding the spoilers here:

I've seen several posts saying they were confirmed fake, but ppl seem to be taking these spoilers as gospel.

What's the general consensus in the fandom? Are these legit? Are the ppl who posted these reputable?

Do we have any concrete evidence if these are legit? Do we even know the source of these spoilers?

A lot of it seems plausible EXCEPT the Fugaku and Karin stuff.

Obviously we won't know for certain if they're legit until we see the movie, but I just want to know if I should look at these in a more generous light given the track records of the ppl who posted the spoilers (if they have good ones.)

To the Ino point- I saw a cleaner translation that said some guy was harassing/flirting with her 9i.e. wouldnt take no for an answer)...not necessarily rape.
