Most likely She is !, I am happy because we may got Closure on Kaguya's character and learn more about her give her depth as character. It would be perfect opportunity to learn more about Hamura as we know little to nothing.

hmm, I'm skeptical on the plot already. I'm sure there's some other cause to a problem happening with the moon. Maybe. But it looks like another save the world epidemic nonetheless. I imagine the power scale is gonna be upped a bit if naruto is expected to save the entire world in this aspect.
