1. Naruto in the last tanked Toneri piercing moon cutting beam while in gaiden got cut through flesh by sword lol normal sword. The only explanation I see that cloak protect only from chakra based attack, however kurama avatar sstopped knives. Kyuubi 4 tails tanked kusanagi so it is not tthat case. Even kyuubi cloak alliance could shield themselves from kunai/shuriken.

2. Sasuke in the last the movie busted big part of meteorite with just casual chidori. AFter that he moved so fast that noone saw him and in gaiden standing next to Sarada he barerly had time to move lol.

Please prove me wrong i beg you guys. Sadly i think overconfidence, understimation and lack of training paid them off in way of loss. I dont see other reason seriously...

Well,right....I remember Obito using Kamui Shuriken (and no1 from S.A got pierced though...)!

2-Sasuke's only concern was sarada and the first thing that came to his mind was to protect her not to mention that the blades were very close (they were stuck on kurama's head before it disappeared) so I give him props for actually protecting sarada when it was naruto's job to begin with.

Currently they may be on par with Vote 2 Naruto/Sasuke making up loss of raw power with skills/mastring skills but loosing it even more by rustle battle skills. That my point.

naruto wasn't nerfed though. he was at full power and was still negged. i dont know where people get the idea that naruto was nerfed in gaiden because he really isn't. was he really nerfed? or were you just expecting too highly of him? people might say, naruto was op in the war arc and gaiden takes place many years after that, so naruto must now be a god. wrong, no he is not. the reason why naruto was strong in the war arc is because he had 9 tailed beasts and a temporary rikudo chakra upgrade. gaiden naruto doesn't have them, so he got negged. it also help not to underestimate the enemy.

sasuke on the other hand, improved. he was manhandling the akatsuki with one arm until naruto that is naruto got penetrated with the neg sword.
