Okay, so Orochimaru, in Kabuto's body, has become a god. He's missing one thing -- the Byakugan -- and he wants it. Hanabi, being the strongest young Hyuga alive now with Neji dead, is his target (similar to Sasuke in part 1), but since he has godly powers now, he can just go on and kidnap her with ease.
