Kishi works WITH writers who edit his work. He is over everything and they respect his creativity. But they both have some pull to compromise. It is still canon tho

Kishi worked with writers of Road to Ninja as well. Yet it wasn't considered canon cause it was never announced it was. Unless you got proof from the man you cannot claim it is canon.
