SPOILERS
I enjoyed the movie but it had some definite problems.
Good:
visuals
Performances in general. LOVED luke vs kylo.
I thought the parts regarding the resistance spaceships was good and had me on my seat.
Fights
Problems:
some deaths felt somewhat anticlimactic and not as strong. For example, Ackbar's death. Luke's should've been explained a bit more and Luke should've had some good dialogue on his home planet before he dies.

Snoke dies like a B**CH. -_- Hyped this dude up as this big new baddy and he's just gone like that really. Plus wtf, didn't snoke just say he can see Kylo's intent and wasn't it implied that he could see what kylo and rey were doing in their mind conversations. bruh how didn't he see this s**t coming. They better give him backstory. When he's not a hologram he really doesn't seem as intimidating.

Didn't like the casino scene all too much really. The thief dude had me thinking he was shady at first , then I felt like he was a good guy when he gave the girl her special medallion back, then it's revealed he was actually evil-what a ride lol.

Phasma dies like a scrub lol really,

Also Rose should've died in a suicide run into the canon. I think her dialogue to Finn after crashing her ship into him was confusing considering the purple hair lady just sacrificed herself to save them all.

Felt like the purple hair lady should've told Po her plan, but her death was cool.

Also Leia space scene was strange...

it gets an 8/10 for me. I'm excited for episode IX, but I see why people didn't like this one.

I absolutely hated the movie. I hated TFA and had a lot of hope that TLJ would be a lot better, but it was even worse.

There was about two things that happened that pushed the narrative in some way, but the rest was just filler that was stretched out for 2 and half hours.

They absolutely ruined Luke and shit on everything the original trilogy and even what the prequels previously established.

There were so many plot-devices, plot-holes, and pointless dialogue.

The entire movie was an incompetent mess.

Tbh now that weeks past since I've seen it,I see why people are mad over the movie.

Luke's character was really ruined :/
There's also plot holes with this too.

In TLJ he says he didn't want to be found and went to the most "unfindable planet in the galaxy," yet the whole plot of TFA revolved around getting a map to that planet. Also, how did everyone including The First Order know where he went and that a map existed?

just 'cause he didn't want to get seen that desn't mean no one knows where he could have went to,I guess that will get explained later in how BB-8 got the half map in the first place.

Actually I mispoke. BB-8 got the map from the village elder in TFA in the beginning of the movie.

But it still doesn't explain how everyone including the First Order knew where Luke went, why there was a map, and obviously how in the world did the First Order even know there was a map to Luke's location?
