[Theory] The Last Generation Trio is probably going to die

As you might have noticed, it was written at the end of the current chapter that Guy will use his forbidden technique, almost surely being opening the 8th gate.
Unless some Asspull no Jutsu is used, Guy will therefore die.

This only enforces the already common speculation that both Obito (what else remains for him?) and Kakashi (he has fulfilled his role in helping to win the war and turning Obito) will die as well.

I think all three of them will die while fighting to handicap Madara in one way or another. And, given how important these characters are, their death will also have to be meaningful, so most likely they'll manage to weaken Madara somehow, which will allow him to be defeated later.

Obito has to die, the plot doesn't work without it.
Guy is almost definately using 8th gate. Still, the power of youth could save him. Unless he's actually using his secret technique, Eyebrow Sage Mode.

Kakashi, Who knows. He should die, just so Kamui GG stops.

I don't believe that both Kakashi and Obito will die. I think one will die to protect the other.

I used to think that Obito would die, and give his second sharingan to Kakashi. Now I'm starting to think that Kakashi will die to save Obito. This is because Kakashi broke his promise to protect his two teammates before, so he finally has a third chance to keep his promise.

Kakashi dies, gives his sharingan back to Obito. Obito is able to use it, along with Naruto and Sasuke, to help defeat Madara. Kakashi is redeemed for letting his teammates die, Obito is redeemed by saving the world, Naruto is saved, Minato can finally rest in peace, etc.
