So is there FACTUAL information that this movie is going to be canon and is a Part 3 movie series REALLY beginning? IF so can somebody provide me an article of some sort

It says first project for the new era, I would think that means third series.

It says "first of new era project" however that is extremely vague and everyone is jumping the conclusion that it is the start of a third part of Naruto. I personally don't think its the start of a third part, simply because if it were it wouldn't be announced now, right in the climax of part 2 potentially spoiling how part 2 ends. I did read somewhere that Kishi is in fact writing and directing this movie, but again people are jumping to conclusions in it being canon to the main story. Keep in mind that Road to Ninja was also created entirely by Kishi yet it really served no real purpose to the main story other than showing what the IT looks like.
