Suiton: Shiroppu Kinchou | Water Style: Syrup birds

Description: The user claps his hands and uses his water chakara to create several (4 maximum) starch syrup birds from the starch syrup field to fly at the opponent at great speeds, sticking to the opponent where ever to user desires. The birds are around the same size as an avarage crow. This could slow and stop the opponents movements or disable him from creating hand-signs if stuck to his hands.

Suiton: kensei no doragon ) ɸ Water Release: Power of the Dragon

Description: This technique is specialized for those who have great control over their water chakra. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their water chakra around a part of their body covering them in water. This water is rotating around their body like a rasengan wrapped around a limb. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by this water created be the user, it will great a burst of water on impact from the user, creating seveal torrents that flies forwards which can send the opponent back into mid-range with damage and in pain.

ɸ Can't use earth jutsu while it lasts.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, that is released in the form of a large water shark. This is a blast of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility or just crush their bones if hit directly due to its large mass and speed.

The user then slams both of the heads on each side of the opponent trapping them in a blazing orb of fire that keeps them trapped as long as the user holds the snake handseal.

2) Katon: Sono Gai, - ( Fire Release: The devils Scyth)

Description: The user begins by performing the Tiger handseal, Once performed the user channels their fire chakra into each hand. The user then creates a large demonic looking scythe using shape manipulation. The handle of the scythe is roughly the same size as the users height, while the actual blade is twice the size of the user.
The scythe has enough cutting potential to cut though several trees in a row.

Can only be used twice in a battle
The user can't perform B rank or higher fire jutsu's in the next turn

3) Katon -Hinotama Kara Makai- Fire Release - Fireballs from hell

Description: The user begins by channeling their chakra into a cigarette. They then toss a lite cigarette into the air while its in the air they increase the amount of chakra that was in the cigarette causing the lite end to create sparks that shoot out from the lite end of the cigarette. The user then uses shape manipulation to shape the sparks into fireballs that shoot up into the sky. Once in the sky the user can direct the fireballs to shoot down onto a specific area down below.

4) Katon - Katon Sui-pu - Fire Release - Fire sweep

Description: The user begins by channeling their fire chakra into their feet. Once the chakra is built up in their feet, they release it in a quick burst. The user uses shape manipulation to shape the fire into a circle that sweeps the opponent off their feet and pushing them back. The fire causes first degree burns all over the opponents and lower parts of their legs feet.

(Katon: Mangekyo Moesashi Seisei)- Fire Style: Kaleidoscope Ember Formation
Type: Attack/Defense

Description: The user takes out 4 paper bombs and quickly places them on the main directions around him. (East, West, North, South) Once the tags are placed, the user stabs his sword into the ground. As he does this, the user releases fire chakra through his sword and into the ground. The fire chakra heats the ground to extreme levels before erupting into the tags causing the tags to explode sending small spheres of fire which explode upon contact outward. The user then removes his sword from the ground and holds it in the air. The spheres of fire are drawn back to the sword by similar chakra. The spheres collide with each other about 3 meters from the ground and explode, the user with his chakra still focused into the explosion molds the fire which is raining down to form a cone of fire which protects him from various jutsu. The prep is long, but the spontaneous nature of the jutsu makes it effective.
Note: Spheres of fire reach short range before retracting to the sword, the spheres of fire if they come in contact with any solid explode and trigger the other spheres which also explode

5) Raiton - Raiton Waia -Lighting Release - Lightning wire

Description: The user begins by channeling their lightning chakra into their fingertips. Once done each fingertip begins to glow due to the lightning chakra on each fingertip. They then wave their hands in front of them shooting out long 'wires' of lightning the wires are created by using shape manipulation. Once the wires wrap around the opponent, the user manipulates the wires into joining up into one large wire. The user increases the amount of lightning chakra in the fused wire causing the wires to electrocute the opponent to death.

The birds will continue to follow the opponent unless he counters them. The birds also leave off chirping noise like sasukes chidori.

Description:After using the rain tiger at will technique to instill the user's chakra into the atmosphere, the user will cause the rain to stop and instead the sky will begin to rain flickers of electricity due to the user channeling his lightning chakra into the clouds. After performing 3 hand seals, the user will clap his hands together causing the flickers of rain to merge with each other to form 1000 lightning kunai which rain down all at the opponent. Kunai all fall at the same pace and are all forged with focused lightning. Meaning no paralyzing effect, strictly damage.

(Fuuton: Kurasshu) - Wind Style: Crash

Description: The technique is based off of the user utilizing their chakra, and inserting it into an intangible substance. The substance acts as a medium to contain for your chakra to be inserted into. As the chakra is successfully inserted into the substance, by utilizing the slicing trait that the wind is well known for, the wind chakra slices through the bonds of the chakra particles within that substance causing it to spread outwards. By manipulating your chakra with great precision, the wind continues ravaging inside the substance, causing it to spread outwards to the point it severs totally, turning into many smaller harmless particles of the substance, making it neutral, and causing it to disperse entirely.

- Can be used two times per match
- No wind techniques in the same turn, or the turn after
- After using it for the second time in a match, the user loses their ability to mold wind chakra properly
- For elemental techniques the user can neutralize it up to A-Rank, where as non elemental techniques can be neutralized up to S-Rank.

Futon/Katon: Ketsugō gijutsu || Eanetto)-Binding art || Air net

Description:
For this jutsu the user makes a Ram handseal and then in the air above the opponent there starts forming a fisherman's net like structure made up of pure air once its forms it quickly falls on the opponent standing below it. This net then restricts the opponents movement and also stops him from doing any raiton jutsu since the net absorbs any lightning that leaks out. By doing another Tiger handseal the user can set the net ablaze with fire reducing the opponent to ash.
-Can be used twice per battle.
-Requires mastery of wind and fire.
-the net can be easily destroyed by B rank fire while its in the air. The trick is to notice its formation

8) Fuuton: Wa Shigusa: ) Wind Release : Hoop Action

Description: The user begins by focusing his wind chakra into his waist. Once focused, the user begins to rotate his hips in a circular fashion, similar to when one is twirling a hula hoop around their waist. A white glow begins to appear the users waist, due to the high concentration of wind chakra. The user by using shape manipulation, shapes the chakra to form a spinning ring, around their waist. The ring is the same size of the users waist. The ring is 5cm thin, and is clearly visible to the naked eye The user releases the chakra, causing the ring to fly across, slicing the enemy in two.

Description: The user begins by channeling his wind chakra into both his hands. Once the user has gathered enough wind chakra in each hand, his hand begins to give off a pearly white glow due to the concentrated chakra. The user then slams both his hands together in front of him releasing the wind chakra from his hands in five large orbs of wind in five different directions. As soon as the chakra leaves the hand, the user transforms the wind orbs to change into the heads of a dragon similar to 'Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique'. The dragons carry enough force to easily break bones and deal great damage if hitting the opponent. The dragons trajectory paths can be controlled by the user allowing him to hit five opponents, even if the were all running in different directions.

Description: The user channels his doton chakra to his hand creates a umbrella made out of rock and stone. The umbrella is packed with chakra and is impact absorbent, high in density and at the same time light. The user can increase its size to increase its range of defense. The main reason of this technique is to combat the destructive rain element. The umbrella's structures can dissipate the force of rain rendering the technique less effective.

Earth Style: Small Cutters(Doton: Kogata kattā)

Description: The user does 3 hand-seals and slams his hand into the ground. His chakra quickly travels through the surface of the earth and covers the entire field. Then the user makes small pieces of earth come out of the ground(4cm^3). They glow blue because of the users chakra infused within the earth. One attacks the opponent making a small flesh wound on his/her skin(deals as little damage as a bee sting). Then the small piece of earth with the opponents blood comes back to the user's hand. The user can create multiple earth pieces come and hit multiple opponents, no more then 1 piece can hit 1 target. The user can make pieces all around the opponent to hit him/her if he/she tries to escape. The main reason for this attack would be to draw out blood and get a sample so a summon with a sensitive nose can track the opponent. Also the user can use this on his/herself to inflict pain and escape weak genjutsu. (only D-rank)
*Can only be used 3 times per battle
*The attack doesn't disperse clones
*Hidan bios and bios with blood CE can't use this jutsu

(Doton: Doro Rappu) - Earth Style: Mud Wrap
Type: Supplementary

Description: The person takes hold of Chakra infused mud already in play due to the chakra already found in the mud it can be slightly manipulated to surround the opponent. It basically blasts out and around the opponent covering their body in mud. This makes moving harder as well as restricts breathing. This is due to the chakra infused mud that covers the opponent It has the same effect as Swamp of the Underground as it makes movement harder. The mud can possibly asphyxiate the opponent if it successfully covers the opponent completely. The mud can be controlled slightly and forced to surround the opponent's head making it's way into their nose, mouth and eyes. The user must have used a Mud based Earth jutsu prior to this jutsu.
Notes:

-Must have already used a mud based jutsu such as Swamp, Mud Fall, or mud bullets
-Must be able to manipulate up to A rank Earth to use this
-Must be the person's own Chakra infused Mud

6) Summoning Technique: (Kuchiyose no Jutsu) Edmondus

Description- The user bites their thumb to draw blood. Once done, they perform 5 hand seals and slams his/her hands on the ground. Edmondus the rules of the dragonflies appears right under the summoner. Edmondus is grey in color and has a black shell that is as hard as steel. Edmondus is the same size as Sasuke's Hawk giving him the ability to carry his summoner. Like all dragonflies Edmondus can fly in six directions; upward, downward, forward, back, and side to side. Edmondus has the ability of speech and can mentally talk with his summoner.
Edmondus speaclizes in wind being able to performs all wind jutsu's up to S-Rank including one's that include handseals.

Note

- Stays on the field for 4 turns
-Dosent need to use handseals as he specializes in wind
-All Edmondus moves count as 1 move for the user.
- Can only be summoned if signed the dragon fly contract

7) (Summoning Technique: (Kuchiyose no Jutsu) Charge

Description: The user bites their thumb to draw blood. Once done, they perform 5 hand seals and slams his/her hands on the ground to summon Charge. Charge is a dark yellow dragonfly with several marks on his backs that appear to be bolts of lightning.
Charge is smaller than Sasuke's hawk but can still carry the summoner on his back. Like all dragonflies Charge can fly in six directions; upward, downward, forward, back, and side to side. Charge has the ability of speech and can mentally talk with his summoner.
Charge can perform A rank lightning techniques that doesn't require hand seals.

Notes:
-Stays on the field for 4 turns
-Dosent need to use handseals as he specializes in wind
-All Charge's moves count as 1 move for the user.

8) Kagerou Bunshin no Jutsu] Dragonfly Clone Technique

Description: The user performs the Tiger handseal, causing 30 dragonflies to appear short range from the user. The dragonflies come together, forming a clone of the user. The clone can't perform any ninjutus, but if attacked, the dragonflies that created the clone, can separate from the rest, allowing physical attacks, to cause no harm. They can also attack the opponent in a swarm, once they are attacked by the opponent.
Note:
Only two clones can be created at a time.
Only those who have signed the dragonfly contract may use this jutsu.

(Summoning Technique: (Kuchiyose no Jutsu) Stinker

Description:The user bites their thumb to draw blood. Once done, they perform 5 hand seals and slams his/her hands on the ground to summon Stinker. Stinker is a green and black dragonfly that is too small to be ridden on. Stinker has the ability to release a orange poison gas from his abdomen. If inhaled the opponents throat begins to swell, causing difficulty in breathing. They also begin to vomit, similar to a allergic reaction. The gas can reach up to long range. Stinker also has the ability to react to any gas or smoke in the air with his abdomen. Stinker sucks up any smoke or gas in the air, through his abdomen. If stinker sucks up any gas, he automatically, gets reversed summoned, along with the gas. The gas can easily be seen by the naked human eye.


Note-
-Once summoned Stinker can stay on the field for 4 turns.
- Stinkers ability , uses one of the the users jutsu slots-
- Can only be summoned once per battle.
- Can only be summoned if signed the dragon fly contract

Note: The users begins by gathering their water chakra in their upper body. Once collected using their unique hozuki ability, the user manipulates the water to sprout out from their waist. The user uses shape manipulation to shape the arms into exact replicas of the users arms and hands. The water arms are slower than the users original arm due to the high levels of water, but are more powerful in terms of strength due to the high amount of water and chakra stored in them.

- Can only be used 3 times per battle.
- The arms last for three turns

The user uses shape manipulation to shape the released water into thin 'senbons' that cover the users whole body and can pierce anybody in close combat. The senbon are the same size as regular senbons making them easily visible by human eyes.

(Suiton: Wana Temae ) Water Style: Trapped are you?
Type: Offensive/Supplementary

Description: Once the user see's an incoming physical attack heading their way such as a punch or kick, they manipulate the water in their body causing it to gain a sticky syrup like effect similar to ''(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field''. Unknown to the opponent, when the blow lands, their limb in which the used to attack with gets stuck into the body of the user. With the opponent now stuck the user can either attack them back or manipulate the liquid in their body to engulf the trapped opponent causing them to drown. The user can also use this jutsu to engulf thrown projectiles, and throw them back at the opponent.

- Can only be used 3 times per battle.
- Can only be used by Hozuki bio's

Description: After being attacked, the user will move aside and catch his opponent’s wrist. Then the user will twist it really fast, and because of the pain the opponent will bow a little bit. Once this happens the user will concentrate large amount of chakra into his knee and kick his opponent, at the same time braking his wrist and also breaking his nose.
Note: the user can’t use any A or above rank taijutsu attacks for the next turn.
Note: the user can’t run due to his leg being shocked because of the chakra. However if the user is in sage mode or other mode that increases his spead or energy, he can still run.
