Why did obito exploit the weakening of kushina's kurama seal 16-17 years ago ? what was his motive ?

do you think its just personal vendetta against the leaf , or was he gonna keep kurama as his pet until the 8th tail is sealed ? It could be both considering that he did order kyuubi to destroy konoha , otherwise that command would have been pointless

By the time he released the kyuubi I think he had his own personal motive and the other one is for the project tsuki no me. He started hating the leaf after Rin died and that was the personal motive of Obito to release the kyuubi in Konohagakure.
