Since I saw how orochimaru shared his soul with anko, it was always a possibility that a power seeking person like madara could have done something similar, resulting in tobi.

The Sharingan just doesnt control anything, sure temporarily with Genjutsu.
But the Kyuubi is written down in the Uchiha clans scriptures as a power to have once the Mangekyou Sharingan is awakened. Just another power, like a jutsu or a weapon.

Thats not what this thread is about bro, did you even read it or just the title? I am trying to say that Uchiha Madara is the only person ever to take control of the Ninetails. Which would mean that Tobi is Madara. That was my point.

Ill respect it if I believe it deserves respect, and so far I think they deserve to be banned from Naruto. Their theories are an insult to fictional logic.

You are not seeing the connection between The Uchiha and Kyuubi.
The Kyuubi is their clans inheritance. Like Madara said, only the Uchiha can control it with their Genjutsu. It is written in the fuking Uchiha bible. Do you not fuking get that?
